This was our second time here, the first being back in 2011. In 2011 we stayed in the main building. Our room was lovely, with personalized touches like a letter welcoming us. The spa was attached back then (or at least very close, if I remember correctly). We were happy to see the same personalized touches when we arrived this time: a letter greeting us with the WiFi password, a brownie, and a nice warm room with music playing. We stayed in The Annex this time, which was nice but a bit outdated and not quite as nice as the room in the attached building. We couldn't get the fireplace to stay on, the water came out like a firehouse in the bathroom sink, and it was a bit smaller and more outdated than we remembered the other room to be. Regardless it was lovely and clean, the staff is beyond helpful, pleasant, and attentive, and we had no complaints about the room. The hotel is located at the end of the street, across from the theatre. It's about a 3 minute walk to the "main drag" of stores and restaurants. Very conveniently located without being right in the middle of everything, so it's a tony bit quieter which we loved. We will absolutely come back as we love the location and the services. The spa is now located in the Prince of Wales, which is a block and half walk from the hotel. It's definitely worth it, the massages and facials were great. The "water services" they have are actually the hotel saltwater pool and jacuzzi, which is nice but you are sharing with all the hotel guests. The staff here was also excellent and we would love to come back.

We again chose Shaw Club for our Red Roof Retreat stay in February. Check In/Out was a breeze. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at almost every property in Niagara and we believe that this is our favorite. The rooms are very well appointed albeit quaint..love the journals! Great comfy beds, linens, and funky decor. Even a yoga mat!!! This property thinks of everything!!! Even a pet fish if you require! Thanks Niagaras Finest in participating in a great cause every year for Red Roof Retreat! We'll be back next February!!!

This hotel is very comfortable and has got a simple desk in the lobby which is your check in..very simple but effective.our room was well layed out with all the amenities of a hotel twice the price in town. Within walking distance of all the shops on. The strip. Breakfast included next morning was exceptional, fabulous selection of items and my Omelet was perfectly cooked and the coffee was topped off in a timely manner...all four of declared the breakfast terrific. Will definitely return to this hotel surpasses my expectations.

I booked a night for my boyfriends birthday and the staff were not only friendly and very welcoming but also went above and beyond. I loved the small details they did to make his birthday that much more special!! They remembered our names whenever we were around the lobby and the shuttle was quick and very helpful. The room was clean and bright. Loved that they are close to downtown and the water! The guest book in the room is cute too, nice touch to see what others have thought. We will for sure be staying here again and recommending it to all our friends!! Your staff and hotel are perfect for your trip away
