Anniversary Getaway
Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to Old Town main street but far enough away to provide a quiet night's sleep. The staff were very friendly.

Amazing hotel
We recently stayed at Shaw Club for one night in July for quick trip. The location was incredibly convenient making it easy to reach nearby Queen Street where so much is located. The room was spacious, clean and cozy, we especially loved the patio. The bed was very comfortable, the washer room had a beautiful walk-in shower. The staff was friendly, attentive and polite, I highly recommend the Shaw Club Hotel and would definitely stay here again for a longer period. Niagara on the Lake is beautiful

It was a pleasure staying at Shaw Club Hotel
We’ve just returned from spending a couple of days with friends in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Staying at the Shaw Club greatly added to our enjoyment of the holiday. Our room was clean and felt luxurious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-appointed and had a roomy walk-in shower with two separate shower heads. As an added touch, we had a sliding glass door leading to a small patio with a table and two rocking chairs. Everyone we encountered on the staff provided us with friendly and always helpful service that began at the moment of when we checked in. Zee’s, the adjoining restaurant served consistently good food with excellent quality and service. We plan to return next year.

5 stat service gem of a hotel in wine country
Rooms are beautiful, hotel is in a great location. Front house staff was super helpful. The hotel shuttle driver, Ali, was wonderful helping us get where we needed to go and answered all of our questions. Will return!

Our "Happy Place" when we are in NOTL
This is our 6th year staying for a week or more at the Shaw Club Hotel. It always makes our time in NOTL very relaxed and pleasant. We always feel very much at home when we're there, and look forward to it all year. It's definitely our happy place. The staff are caring and accommodating. It is not a big hotel so the service is personal and quickly responsive. The adjoining restaurant. & bar, Zees, is excellent ...it is listed in the Best 100 Restaurant Patios in the Country. They have a free shuttle service that will take you anywhere in the town if you want dine out or go to a wine tasting event without driving yourself. Our room was spacious, had two comfortable chairs for reading and looking out the large window to the Festival Theater less than 100 yards away. The noise level from outside or other units was negligible. Daily housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy.
