We love staying at the Shaw Club Hotel. Clean and up to date room. Very quiet for a great night sleep. Right on the main street. Park and walk. Very friendly staff and helpful. We definitely will be back.

We stayed for 1 night in November, the room was lovely and very comfortable. We had an issue with the lights in the bathroom not turning on, but we let reception know and within a couple of minutes someone came to fix them, so can't really complain!

We stayed for 2 nights at the shaw club hotel. We stayed in the annex building because we wanted a bigger room and a fireplace. We were in room 306 and our friends in room 304. The bed in our room was awful. It dipped 6-8 inches from the side of the bed. It was quite lumpy and was like a double hammock. Our friends said their bed was quite similar but sounded slightly better than ours. We also had problems with our shower. It was an extremely small, corner shower and of the water temperature or not normalize. It was either scolding hot, to the point it was burning your skin (and I like hot showers) or freezing. Also when someone flushed the toilet or used the sink it would change the temperature. So that wasn't very pleasant. The rain part of the shower shoots down so hard it hurts. It was not like a typical rain affect. The shower in room 306 was triple the size of ours and they didn't mention anything temperature. In both of our rooms come out the bathroom floor was ice cold. They should really update them with heated floors, or at least put down a bathmat. We ate at Zee's grill one night for dinner and the food was all very good. There are not many of vegetarian options though. It's a relatively small menu but great wine list. The service there was very good too. The location of the hotel is nice as it is easily walkable to the main street and all of the shops. Everyone at the reception desk was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shaw Club Hotel. The room was modern and clean. Loved the bathroom with it's rain shower and big jet tub. There was even a tv in the bathroom! It is located across the street from the Shaw Festival on the Main Street . We had a delicious meal at Zee's Grill, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We stayed on a Thursday evening in early November, so not in the high season. Our room on the second floor had a nice fireplace. The room itself is not overly large, but this is an old historic building like the rest of Niagara on the Lake so that is to be expected. The bathroom, especially the shower was huge however! The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room and it's fixtures seemed to be a little bit older, and perhaps a bit tired, but everything worked so it did not affect our stay. A mini fridge, lots of in room coffee, a little TV in the bathroom. All nice touches. Nice beddings and linens. The front desk staff upon arrival at 130 pm were very pleasant. We shared a few laughs and she efficiently got us checked in. A bonus was that the room was ready that early. Ample parking out back, just steps from the door and both upon check in and check out they offered to help with luggage. The onsite restaurant Zee's was amazing for both dinner and breakfast. So we did not have to walk anywhere to eat. Overall, a great experience, would definitely stay here again.
