The hotel is amazing! The staff here is extremely nice and helpful in every way! They go above and beyond to help with whatever you may need. The room was very well done and very comfortable. A lot of extra touches that make you feel at home! You can even borrow one of fish there for your room while you stay. I look forward to visiting this hotel again!

Spent our fifth anniversary this weekend and took in all the attractions. Two days at the Falls, playing tourists. Shaw Club Inn accommodated Wyatt Urp (our Norwich Terrier) when we took in the sights. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower (with over head rain spout) had plenty of pressure, and food was great. This was a relaxing weekend for all of us to Chill Out. Thank you to the staff and Jennifer who became Wyatt's new friend.

The staff in the hotel are all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks lovely. The room isn't the largest but it is very well equipped with a fridge, large TV, DVD player (DVD's available downstairs) , clock radio and separate shower and bath with jets. There is even a TV in the bathroom. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. It is located at the start of the Main Street in the town and across the road from the park making everything easily walkable. It also includes parking at no extra cost. We would certainly recommend staying here for anyone wishing to visit this beautiful town.

My title may mean a but in here BUT I enjoyed our meal mostly in a one day trip to this wonderful town in Canada. Our in laws we're staying at this hotel invited us to join them at a local theatre which I never knew has been hosting plays for years. Anyways we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and sat on the veranda. This was a godsend as on a warm summer evening the atmosphere could not have been better. I ordered the short rib and my only regret is I did not order another! Wow what a tasty and tender piece of meat!! I would have liked to see a better selection but as said I enjoyed my choice. The services could be better but acceptable. This is a popular spot based on the consistent traffic so call for reservations and ask for veranda seating.

We booked a room at the Shaw Club in Niagara on the Lake for two nights through Never again. Apparently the worst rooms in the hotel are held for third party bookings. Our room truly would have qualified as a walk in closet though described as a "petit double" by the hotel, and as a Standard Double by The double bed was squeezed into a recess with little room on each side. An unnecessarily large dresser took up the opposite wall and there was little room to open our suitcases much less store them. The bathroom was equally "petite." On the plus side, the staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful; the on site restaurant, Zee's is quite good, and the tiny room was clean. Traveler beware, book through the hotel and question the accommodation description and size. I wish I had.
