Fabulous
The room here was beautiful! The bed and bedding 1st-class; best night sleep in a long time. The bath/shower was modern and spotless. Real glassware for water and coffee was the perfect touch.

Top small boutique hotel in Niagara on the lake.
I thought that the name Best Hotel in Niagara on the lake was a little pretentious but after staying there for 3 nights I have to admit that my stay was great and the name is worth it. From Nespresso coffee makers in the rooms, to fireplace in the rooms, great food (croissants for breakfast were outstanding) staff was incredible. I travel 150 nights a year and I can say this is one great hotel. Keep up the great work.

Shaw Club's the best location in NOTL for Shaw Festival attendees... across the street from the Festival Theatre/Studio and an easy walk to the Court House Theatre (and eventually the new Royal George). Shaw Club anticipates all its guests' needs.

Great hotel, close to everything.
We had a great experience at Shaw Cub. Being a part of Niagara’s Finest group we had access to the other restaurants as well. They offer a shuttle to various other locations which was a real plus. Zees is on the ground floor and is an awesome restaurant, bar and patio. Our room was very small with really no sitting area to speak of. The single chair was a”back breaker” . There is a lounge area, but I didn’t want to sit in the lobby in my PJs😊 The hotel was sold out so we couldn’t upgrade, but will do so next year.

Fantastic first-time stay. Luxurious room, great food at Zees, and unbeatable access to heart if NotL and especially Festival Theater. Top notch!
