Our visit to Niagara on the Lake
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shaw Club Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Niagara on the Lake. Lovely village and a lovely Hotel. Nice location. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Beds were great as was the food. 5 Stars*****

Excellent choice
We stayed at The Shaw Club for two nights and thought it was fantastic. Very friendly desk staff at check-in and greeting us as we came and went over the weekend. The room was clean, with a fantastic rain shower and jetted tub, comfy bed, and macaroons! A reusable shopping bag in your room as you arrive is a handy way to consolidate all your purchases taking advantage of the great shopping just steps away. So many coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants to enjoy, within easy walking distance and don’t forget the wineries! It’s a fantastic choice and we would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
The staff at the Shaw club hotel changed our room to one of there other hotels because they did not have what we wanted plus the service was top notch at both hotels we got our stay cheaper at the other hotel. Great stay services was unbelievable will stay here again when we want another little weekend getaway

Bad start - Great finish
Unfortunately our first room had a problem with the heating and ventilation system which couldn’t be fixed in the short term. This made our first night uncomfortable. However, the staff response was excellent, especially Jennifer Dickson’s, in resolving the problem by offering us another room. Overall the hotel was very good and the location was excellent: slightly away from the downtown providing a quiet ambience and allowing easy walking distance access to all the shops, restaurants etc. We also took advantage of their free electric car charging. (2 Tesla and 1 standard)

NOTL visit
Fabulous way to wrap up our drive home from Florida. Love NOTL region and added this property of places to stay. Did not disappoint. Walkable to all amenities. Never tire of visiting this area. Would highly recommend this location. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms modern and updated.
