Poor spa service. Over priced
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Saybrook Point Spa. I booked a 50-minute deep tissue massage, but I received only about 30 minutes of actual massage service. Unfortunately, the massage itself was also very poor and did not come close to what I would consider a standard professional massage. The staff member appeared inexperienced, and the overall quality of the service was far below what I expected from a resort spa. At over $200 plus tax and a 22% gratuity, this experience was absolutely not worth the price. I expected a professional, relaxing, and therapeutic experience, but unfortunately, that was not what I received. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address both the quality of the service and the discrepancy between the scheduled treatment time and the actual time provided.

Lovely hotel, awesome staff!
We were in town for a family event. Absolutely loved the hotel. We could definitely see coming back for a weekend for just the two of us! The people who work there are so friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant is great and the location is stunning.

Vacationing at Saybrook Point and Marina
Beautiful location right on the water and the docks. Lovely park across the street! The food was excellent and we enjoyed our time sitting by the pool. As always, Vincent is wonderful, kind and always smiles and talks with the guests. He loved our service dog, Benny who he has seen for several years now! Vincent is a real asset to your hotel !!

Great Hotel
A great well run hotel. We like to stay at the Ocean House Hotel in Watch Hill Rhode Island and frequently stop on our way to stay a few nights at Saybrook. Our was recently refurbished and very comfortable. A really great bed. The hotel is very well run, very clean, very well maintained and has a great staff. The valet Vincent is a treasure. He always remembers us and our service dog Benny. Our Benny is usually very standoffish. but loves to see Vincent.

The Saybrook Point Inn and Spa was romantic and absolutely beautiful (even in the dead of winter). The staff attended to every desire, and the spa treatments were marvelous and soooo relaxing. I highly recommend facial and massage as well as the mud body wrap.

If you are looking for a romantic place with a spectacular water view - then the Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook, CT is the place for you. We had a lovely sitting area with a balcony for enjoying the sunset water view and a working fireplace. Excellent staff and the hotel was immaculate. In any season the Saybrook Point Inn is fabulous.
