lovely place
great spa services 4 in our party had a variety of different services and all were great - very enjoyable stay, the choo choo bar was the best - best atmosphere, best bartenders, best drinks !! we had lunch and dinner at the on site restaurant Salt, food was good (irony we all felt the food needed more seasoning like ...salt) Not great but still enjoyable - the evening bartenders at Salt could be a bit more friendly and actually acknowledge you - but that is really my only slight negative comment - we will be back

Very nice as always. We enjoyed the weekend.
Just disappointed that indoor pool area with sauna/steam and hot tub was closed for renovations. Would be nice for bars to stay open a bit longer. Rooms are always nice and staff is great and friendly. We had a nice large terrace/patio in our room. Had someone come up and light a fire for us. Very cozy

Fabulous place to enjoy the area. Don't miss the the Sunday brunch buffet! It's even worth attending if you live in the area. What a wonderful and relaxing time to enjoy friends and family. Many things to do and see in the area. Next time would love to go in the fall.

Quick Stop - 1 Night Stay
Clean surroundings and comfortable furnishings. Great location, easy access to quaint downtown area. Ordered a burger fro the ChooChoo Lounge, it was delicious and then breakfast room service the following AM and it was also delicious and arrived on time.

A wonderful experience
Fantastic room with a beautiful view. Bedding, bathroom and decor is a good as it gets. Patio has room to sit, not just look from. Staff was great. The bistro in the lobby area was delicious and also a great place to have a night cap. We will definitely be returning!

The Saybrook Point Inn and Spa was romantic and absolutely beautiful (even in the dead of winter). The staff attended to every desire, and the spa treatments were marvelous and soooo relaxing. I highly recommend facial and massage as well as the mud body wrap.

If you are looking for a romantic place with a spectacular water view - then the Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook, CT is the place for you. We had a lovely sitting area with a balcony for enjoying the sunset water view and a working fireplace. Excellent staff and the hotel was immaculate. In any season the Saybrook Point Inn is fabulous.
