Had a business meetings in saint Michael and stayed at the inn. Had a suite facing the water. The room was large, clean, luxury and well equipped. The staff at inn were amazing, they were attentive and extremely helpful. If you have to go to St Michael, you should consider staying at the inn.

The property is immaculate inside and out, and the service is top notch. This hotel is truly a gem in beautiful St. Michaels, Maryland. We stayed for one night and had a fabulous dinner at Stars. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or special occasion.

Stayed one night on a four night trip. One night not enough next time at least two to experience the facility and local area. Restaurant was excellent staff at front desk not so not attentive and lacked that customer focus attitude. I would go back because of facilities rooms area restaurant not front desk staff.

Every aspect of the stay was lovely. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everyone was so friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed every detail of our stay. Our room was beautiful. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We would certainly redo this weekend! By the way, our dinner at Stars was so very tasty and our server - Wayne - made it such a perfect special dinner.

Grounds are beautiful, rooms are very nice. Whole place was recently redone. Pool and gym raised the bar. We were the only ones at either! Pub and restaurant do a great job on food and drinks. Food was incredible. Absolutely incredible. No complaints there. Request a window table. Staff was very friendly. Service was a little slow and not as polished as you would expect for the reputation. Maybe it is our inability to turn off the city life, but at $600 a night, it is tough to go entirely on Small Town Time. We ate half our meals at the Inn and half in town. Easy walk to town (ask about the shortcut by the museum). Get a water view room. We will be back.
