Reviews for Inn at Perry Cabin by Belmond
We wanted to surprise our girlfriend for her 50th birthday with a spa treatment and what better place than Linden Spa. Miracle was able to schedule all of our appointments at the same time and followed up with securing any details we needed to make this moment special. When we arrived Miracle was there to greet us and give us a brief tour. Each of us had amazing massages and therapist - Donna, Katie and Natalie. We were able to bring in cupcakes and the spa provided the sparkling cider. After our treatments Miracle and Katie surprised the birthday girl with the cupcakes and sparkling cider. The staff at Linden Spa provided five-star service. This place is a well hidden gem and I would highly recommend this as a day trip or getaway at their amazing inn. I have previously stayed on property and received the same impeccable treatment. This is a must stay.

Stayed for one night at the Inn. The grounds and the view from the hotel are beautiful. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but expensive. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. If you go in the off season there is not a lot to do. One night was fine, and we had a good time. I think we would have been bored had we stayed a second. I was very disappointed in the service at the hotel. Given the price and how the Inn market's itself, I expected a better customer experience. We booked a couples massage in advance and showed up to the spa to learn they never made our reservation (despite the fact that I had an email confirmation). Every hotel makes mistakes, however, it's the way they handle the mistakes that's important. We had to cancel our plans the following day to reschedule the appointment. Never received a call from the Spa Manager or the Hotel Manager to apologize. Did not comp the treatment the next day. In addition, the spa is very worn, the chairs in the relaxation room are all peeling and in need of repair. They look like chairs your grandfather would have in his apartment and refuses to throw away after 20 years. The small touches can make or break an experience at a hotel and the Inn at Perry Cabin failed in this regard. For the price they are charging, the service should be of a much higher quality.

Beautiful room, recently renovated, water view and a fireplace. Outstanding spa (deep tissue massage was excellent) but book early. Daily free activities including wine tastings. Staff is very courteous and attentive to your every need. Excellent restaurant (Stars) with a great breakfast menu with a spectacular water view. Pet friendly with dog bed, water bowl and menu.

This place somehow manages to combine quaint and charming with luxury and splendor. If you are used to high end luxury hotels, but need a rural respite from the city, and find most inns and B&Bs not up to your standards, then this place will not disappoint in terms of the rooms, the grounds, and the service. Only downside is that the food in the restaurants is a little heavy and overpriced since its a relatively captive audience, so go into town for food if you feel like leaving the property.

I have always wanted to stay at the Inn because I've heard so much about it. Well it exceeding my expectations in so many ways. When you enter the lobby it's a lap of luxury....the fireplace, lovely flower arrangements and welcome staff. I booked a room on a whim (there's a terrific rate called 'on a whim'.).. and it sealed the deal for me. Walking the property sets your mind at ease. The food at the Stars and Pub was terrific (try the roasted beer salad and shrimp small plates). It was the perfect get away and I'm coming back!
