I stayed here with my friend for girls trip. I wish i read the negative reviews carefully and wish we had chosen another property to stay. The only good thing is the location. It ends there. The front desk was generally very unhelpful and nonchalant about everything. The hotel did not have a concierge and the people they didn't train to cover the front desk were not helpful at all with respect to recommendations on where to eat/ hike/ visit/ etc., The room SMELLED like MOLD. Rooms are DATED. our chair had a large hole in it. This is not at all what I would expect from a supposed 4 star hotel. It is NOT a 4 star hotel at all. We asked for late check out and it was low season. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that wouldn't even honor one hour later. It was not a busy weekend. Finally, I left something behind and called to see if found. First person on day of check out was helpful but couldn't find the item. I called the following day and kept getting transferred to a voicemail or reservation desk. The lady at reservation desk (who stated she would not be able to help me with this) would not give me her name, would not transfer me to a manager and eventually hung up on me when i insisted to speak with someone!!! Incredibly unprofessional . I would not recommend staying here. Read the negative reviews here and other search engines.

Spa and Salon at Lorretto did an excellent job on my touch up highlights! Star was an absolute professional and I highly recommend her!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. However, the spa experience was the Bomb!!! Pricey, but worth it. Nick was amazing with his myofacial massage technique and acupuncture knowledge. I would definitely do this again and try different options as well.

The staff made t this stay better than average. It would have been excellent, except an event the hotel hosted that didn’t stop playing music until midnight. I couldn’t hear the music but the base didn’t allow me to sleep until it stopped. The rest of my family didn’t notice. The location was also really awesome. I’d stay again if I came through Santa Fe.

The space is not large but is relaxing and the people are friendly. Natasha is a great masseuse. She is knowledgeable, engaged, and checks in regarding temperature and pressure. I would definitely return to this spa and to her specifically.
