Bruce was wonderful! Heart of the Desert Ritual was such a beautiful experience. The palo santo meditation was warmly experienced through Bruce’s calm voice. Then followed relaxing soak in the big tub. The 80 minute massage that followed was exceptional. Perfect pressure and time spent on each area of the body. I highly recommend Bruce and the heart of the desert ritual. I do wish the relaxation room was more of an experience but overall I enjoyed my time

I went to the salon to see an amazing hairdresser 💇🏻‍♀️ her name is Nicole Bacon. Nicole is very talented and extremely warm and friendly! She does a fantastic job with color and cuts! Nicole is a true artist and asset to The Salon @ Inn of Loretto! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Nicole. I will continue to be her client for many years to come. YG

This is such a beautiful hotel and the staff helps make it so. There is a valet who works there by the name of Tracy. He is so kind and helpful, very knowledgeable. He sent me to the perfect restaurant, gave me exact directions and even knew how long it would take me to get there. Having someone like this with all the information about the town and the area make a trip so much more fun. I will continue to stay here and Tracy can tell me what I should do and see. Just amazing
