Reviews for Inn and Spa at Loretto
Great service friendly staff at the front desk. Samir helped us with changing rooms...providing a great room with 2 private balconies...heaven sitting out with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise...then laying out on lounge chairs at night watching the stars. Close to everything. Great location. The happy hour at the living room was great! Several areas they can get better at is the maintenance of the rooms...our refrig froze everything and we asked for it to get fixed and it was never done...Overall the whole experience was lovely. One suggestion is they should put in a hot tub next to the pool.

Room did not have coffee set up, no key was provided for refrig/minibar, it seemed like it was only "half serviced" on arrival - room key did not work on second day and had to have an engineer fix it - front desk said they would comp us two drinks for inconvenience and did not leave comp ticket or notes so no one knew about it - valet is way understaffed

The microfiber bedsheets were uncomfortable, the rooms were rather dark and there were some strange odors in the rooms at times and also especially in the stair wells. There was also a strange stain on our bed sheets and we were trying to be green but ask for the sheets to be changed, they were not, just remade. The internet access was somewhat inconsistant and the pool was not ready to br used even though it was early in the year it should have been clean.

Be sure to visit the restaurant, Luminaria. Best food and service of the trip. Wonderful hotel bar and pool. The concierge, Diane, offered invaluable suggestions and service! Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Old rooms/decor, lopsided dining table in Luminaria, inattentive staff - if you can ignore those items for the great location, then it's ok. Room walls patched, look old. No greeters at front doors. Front desk staff ignore guests while they type; Lounge waiter downright surly - had to struggle to get his attention.
