The Loretto was a perfect anniversary retreat - beautiful room with an outside balcony, fireplace, and great decor. The staff was more than helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met, including a lovely patio dining experience at the Luminaria.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail from check in to check out. The valet let us in on little secret spot on the roof perfect for sunset views. They offer very comfortable, over-sized rooms with balconies. Perfect location and just a short walk to the historic town square, shops, restaurants and chapels. On property dining at Luminaria makes for a perfect alfresco dinner.

It was one of those trips where I seemed to forget everything, even my toothbrush. The Loretto has a great texting service so I just sent a quick text and a toothbrush was sent up. I had a nice quiet room over looking the town with a balcony. Dining on the patio was very pretty and the food was great. I also had a chance to sit on the community deck, drink wine and watch shooting stars with my friends. I will definitely stay at Loretto again

It is in the perfect location convenient for walking to the Plaza, museums, art galleries and shopping. My room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony with mountain views. It was very quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The management and staff are amazing. They provided wonderful service and everyone was so hospitable and treat you like royalty. The Lobby Bar is a welcoming place to relax and enjoy a beverage and appetizer. I had delicious meals at the Luminaria restaurant. Their Huevos Rancheros for breakfast is the best in Santa Fe. Can hardly wait for my next trip to Santa Fe to stay here again.
