I spent my weekend here and it was wonderful. Ask for room 333- it has a lovely view of the Loretto chapel. The beds are sooo comfortable! Luminaria was a great place for the YUMMIEST deserts. Truly a gem in santa fe and I could not have asked for a better say!

This is our 4th stay - we are here for a week this time on business. We love the location - lots of great restaurants walking distance. I especially want to commend the staff. They really go out of their way to be helpful and are always friendly. BJ did an especially good job resolving an important issue for us. My biggest suggestion for improvement is not to stop the coffee and tea service at 9:00am. Many guests like coffee and tea until 11:00am or later. Thank you.

I have traveled around New Mexico and stayed at many hotels in this state. The Inn and Spa at Loretto is by far my new favorite - how I haven’t stayed here before is beyond me! It is a newish addition to the Heritage company, and a beautiful one at that. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, this restaurant is a treat in its own. Upon check in, Eli assisted me, and from then on he made my stay one to remember. Very friendly associate with a phenomenal display of customer service. He checked us on, gave us a helpful map of the downtown area and circled recommended restaurants and sites to see. He then gave us a small tour of the lobby, walked us to our room, and made sure to smile and say hello every time we walked by the front desk. I have stayed at other Heritage properties, and I can confidently say that Eli was the best Heritage representative that we have encountered, but I am sure the company knows that. The restaurant, Luninaria was great and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The living room bar is a good place to hang out, order drinks and even listen to a live guitarist. The room was nice and roomy with a southwestern feel to it and a good sized balcony with a mountain view. Only real troubles were some wifi connectivity issues, also no hot tub to just soak in and relax - but those are minor and put no real dent in our stay. Overall, this is a beautiful historic hotel, located conveniently in a beautiful part of Santa Fe. We will surely return.

First if all, the heating system is unacceptably loud and built in the ceiling of the room- I could not sleep.... second, the reservation was made by calling them directly -talked to "christy" twice: breakfast was to be included and there was a spa on the premises including a hot tub. I packed a new bathing suit. We arrive and check in: the first room has a heating system that we noticed immediately that something was wrong ( confirmed by housekeeping). We get a different room - the heating system is not much better. Then we are tod that breakfast was not included and there was no hot tub. The front desk employee wants to know who we booked with and who we called. I pulled out my notes ( attorneys take notes for everything) and showed him my notes in the calls with christy. He said that breakfast was not included but since we walked all the way from the 4th floor, he would comp us one breakfast (thank you Valentino)- so I gave him a $20. Valentino also noted that the reservation has that they have a hot tub- but they do not. So , since we only got 1 breakfast, I called christy and she said there was a misunderstanding about the breakfasts,,,, I asked her directly about the hot tub and she insisted twice there was a hot tub on the premises. l told her that is just not true! Then she said we could use the hot tub at their sister hotel, el dorado, an eight minute walk. Christy was also suppose to call back on the phone, never did, so I had to call her several times. Bottom line.... one breakfast and no hot tub. Overall, this place is not really a resort with a is a bit dirty and we have a extremely noisy heating system . They could learn a lot from the Sonoma mission inn and spa? On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, bathroom products high quality, bathroom nice.... There it goes again....this heating system is blasting us again... my wife says it is the loudest system she has ever heard in any hotel room.
