My sister and I were unfortunately only in Santa Fe for a few days. We chose to stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. WE CHOSE WISELY!!. The staff was welcoming and caring. We felt immediately at ease after arrival. Tip: Make transport arrangements from the airport to the Hotel BEFORE you arrive at the airport. Room service from Lumanaria Restaurant was spectacular. Try the Creme Brûlée. Oh my... There are so many that made our stay wonderful and memorable. Some staff seen and some not. I want to thank all, but especially the following: Mary-Concierge. For being a calm voice when needed the most. Cody-Valet. For being an outstanding, professional, caring young man, Sky is the limit!! At the Spa-Moreen-Nail Tech. For not only your professionalism and skill, but for being who you are as a person. The world needs more people like you in it. Recommend the Loretto Mani/Pedi=Bliss. Jasmine-Massage Therapist (?) If you don't have a title after your name, you should. Highly recommend the Native Reflections Ritual. If your bones ache the stones will take that away. Best Wishes to All! The Sisters from VA

The Loretto is a great property. All the conveniences and services of a much larger resort but has the feel of a boutique property. The pool area is not oversized and the garden area is beautiful. The rooms are good size and the PH suite is on three levels with multiple terraces and can be used to entertain a fairly large group.

The Loretto was a perfect anniversary retreat - beautiful room with an outside balcony, fireplace, and great decor. The staff was more than helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met, including a lovely patio dining experience at the Luminaria.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail from check in to check out. The valet let us in on little secret spot on the roof perfect for sunset views. They offer very comfortable, over-sized rooms with balconies. Perfect location and just a short walk to the historic town square, shops, restaurants and chapels. On property dining at Luminaria makes for a perfect alfresco dinner.

It was one of those trips where I seemed to forget everything, even my toothbrush. The Loretto has a great texting service so I just sent a quick text and a toothbrush was sent up. I had a nice quiet room over looking the town with a balcony. Dining on the patio was very pretty and the food was great. I also had a chance to sit on the community deck, drink wine and watch shooting stars with my friends. I will definitely stay at Loretto again
