We enjoy staying at the Inn. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and well stocked with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, plug ins for electronics, soft towels, and good lighting all in Southwest decor. What makes the hotel special is the staff - in our 3 days we only encountered friendly, eager to please front desk, valet, maintenance, dining personnel. The only area that needs to be improved is the Wi-Fi connection. The staff said they are in the process of getting a better system. The strength of the Wi-Fi varied depending on your location in the hotel. A visit to the Spa is highly recommended.

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were nice and large with a cute little balcony for hanging out. The bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the white bed linens. There was a really cute pool but no hot tub which is sad when it's cold outside. It's in a very convenient location and is close to most things in downtown Santa Fe.

We stayed here a few weeks ago for a quick romantic getaway. Everything was perfect...staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms are southwest decor with comfy beds and a lovely patio, ambiance of hotel common areas is great, and the restaurant was fabulous! Valet parking is easy and quick walk to main historic square/shops. We will definitely be back!

I found this hotel and inn to be much like I found Santa Fe. Quiet and eclectic. The staff were nice and responsive. The rooms seemed a little old but nicely updated. The temperature was a little hard to control. I would go back.

This was our first trip to Santa Fe and we picked a good place for the 1st visit. Check-in was slow waiting on our room even though we arrived after the noted check in time. We sat at the bar and the service and drinks were excellent. The sitting area had a large fireplace and comfortable sofas to relax on. The room didn't look quite as good as the pictures but it was very comfortable with an outdoor patio area that was large with a view of the mountains. It was a great spot to celebrate our anniversary when it wasn't raining. The restaurant is good but pricey as hotel restaurants have a captured audience. The square was easy walking distance and plenty of great places to eat nearby. I would certainly go back.
