Lovely hotel conveniently located in the heart of Santa Fe. Great amenities and cozy beds would definitely recommend this property to anyone! Bar area was a great place to unwind at the end of the day in front of fire! Lovely!

I have visited Santa Fe many times and have stayed at several hotels there. I was meeting friends who had booked there and thought it might be easiest to be in the same hotel. I really didn’t like the hotel much. It was supposed to be a luxury hotel but I didn’t find it so. My room was very small and really needed to be refreshed. The paint was peeling on the wall under the window. The bathroom was clean but old... like my grandmothers bathroom.. not enough electrical outlets near the bed, etc. It was all fine, but luxury, not! My biggest complaint was the restaurant. I really felt that I was stuck in a tourist trap. The portions were small and prices were very high. Imagine paying $70 for a breakfast for three not including a well deserved tip. We had had a breakfast at a restaurant on the plaza the day before that had a better menu at half the price. The halls are full of shops, and although interesting, felt like overpriced tourist places... once you pay these people almost $300 for a room and breakfast for 24 hours, and don’t feel it was worth it, it’s time to find another hotel... I won’t stay there again

I’ve stayed here a few times for conferences and I love it. It’s biggest reward is also my biggest complaint. Whenever I stayed here for a conference I was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed. It’s seriously always been the best night sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. The rest is gorgeous and nice but the bed alone, makes it a great place to stay

Another comfortable stay at the historic Inn at Loretto. (My third visit). Staff was highly responsive and called me by name during each interaction. Rooms were clean and quiet. General areas are cozy and calming. The colorful SW patterns in the decor are reminiscent of a past era.- quaint not fancy. Beautiful collectibles in the gift shop. Great location! Walking distance to the plaza, museums, restaurants, Starbucks, ... Sadly my stay had to be cut short due to weather concerns and the front desk was exceptional and helping me modify my reservations. Special thanks to Valentino.

The staff was all extremely friendly!! We were transferred to Loretto from St Francis (sister hotel) and when we requested the change, no questions were asked, no extra fees were charged, and they took care of every arrangement with a smile on and a good attitude. If we come back to Santa Fe, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are very cute and comfortable. It is in perfect walking distance to the plaza and local delicious restaurants. Highly recommend Loretto!
