Disappointing for the price

For the price, we didn't expect to have (only 2) PLASTIC glasses in the room. Also, the bath gel dispenser didn't get work. We had to call maintenance to get it fixed. Again, for the price,the golfing experience was a disappointment. The cart guy was downright surly, the gal at the snack bar clearly didn't want to be there and certainly didn't care if I placed my order or not! The Oaks course was nice but the Creek course really needed some attention. Some holes were totally lacking forward tees, some had forward tees and others had just one marker at the forward tees. It ended up being an afternoon of searching for the tee boxes, in many cases having to circle back and play from the white tees when we were unable to find the forward tees. Maybe there was some method to which holes had them and which didn't but we got absolutely no information from the cart guy. The golf course staff could really benefit from some customer service training. The one bright spot was dinner at the restaurant. Most of the entries were delicious and our server, Layla, was terrific.

DECENT HOTELS. THE VIEWS ARE GREAT!

We attended my good friends wedding! The hotel definitely needs to be remodeled and updated to modern standards. But overall it was fine. The views were beautiful and the price was very decent. I recommend it if you are in Temecula and looking for a good deal with great views.

Loved this hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding nearby. We were able to check in early and the room was clean and nice. The grounds and golf course are beautiful. All the staff were very professional and friendly. There is a free shuttle to the casino in the evening. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Alyssa is the best bartender I can remember in so many years! She did such a good job that I wanted to take the time to put this on TripAdvisor! She rocks! It was really impressive to all of us how well she took care of us. She was attempting to go above and beyond so that we all relaxed.

Smell of chlorine

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean but smell of chlorin. King bed room with balcony has a beautiful view. Restaurant is pretty good. Big golf course, small pool and jacuzzi near reception. Hotel doesn’t provide bathrobes and slippers. Hotel located a little bit further than vineries.
