Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Victoria. Service, convenience, attention to detail, food - all were close to perfection.

Abigail's was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip to Burchard Gardens. Attention to details abounded, from the personal notes from staff welcoming us left in our room, to automatically upgrading our room without even asking us. Definitely recommending Abigail's to friends and family for future stays! 5-star breakfast included with room, as well as complimentary coffee, teas, and cookies. The room was immaculate, quiet, and replete with period furniture. Special note: Abigail's upper rooms are accessed by stairs only, so keep that in mind when you book. Less than other Hotels in the area, Abigail's was definitely a cut above the competition.

Perfect in every way
From the moment we booked Abigail’s we knew we had made an excellent choice. I emailed prior to our visit with a few enquiries: the response was almost instant and for that it’s a big Thank You to Crystal and Judy. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our luggage: of course was the answer and when we returned to check in we found our luggage in our room. Thanks to Edryx and Jamie. The room 2a was just what I had emailed for, with quality fittings and fixtures which made the room so special. The bathroom was not forgotten either. Breakfast as everyone has said has to be seen to be believed and luckily we took some pictures. Ted and “training” Joel, plus 2 experienced and excellent chefs did different dishes each morning. Dorota too. Delicious was what everyone said and who’s to argue with the guests!!! Afternoon was catered for with little food treats that changed every day. We couldn’t wait until 4.30pm to see what we were getting. The grounds are maintained to a very high standard. If fact “high standards” are just the normal at Abigail’s. We had a truly wonderful stay and talked to all the staff and hopefully made them laugh. A relaxing Library when they are books to read and a small selection of drinks to purchase. A sad day arrived and we had to leave, but we will return such is the appeal of this high quality hotel. It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary (they had remembered this) and there was a very nice bottle of wine in our room to enjoy. THANK YOU TO ALL AT ABIGAILS

They genuinely did make us feel like family. Very home away from home. The people are very sweet and seem genuinely happy to be there.

Lovely stay!
My husband surprised me with this hotel room, and it absolutely melted my heart. The room was charming and romantic, and there were even rose petals on the floor and bed. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very helpful and kind.

Our stay at Abigail's Hotel was perfect from the time we first parked in thier spacious parking lot to the time we checked out! The staff were so helpful they even made suggestions on how to be of more sevice to us. The room was so well appointed and comfortable as well as beautiful and clean that we didn't want to leave. I can't decide if I enjoyed the chef, sevice or the wonderful made to order breakfast each morning more. The evening libations in the sitting room were more like a dinner. All in all Abigail's gets an A+ with us! We will return over and over again! Thanks Brenda, Nick, and Kelly! (all staff)

We booked a last minute get away to Abigails Hotel in Victoria, BC. It more than met our expectations. We arrived late and were greeted warmly and professionally. All of the extras that were promised in the offer were there - a bottle of wine, chocolates, and the best snack tray we ever had. The food at Abigails was fantastic. The breakfast that is included is incredible. Home made & delicious. No one would want for more. The rooms are well appointed - every detail is thought of. We even had a real fireplace with logs!! Without Luxury Link we wouldn't have found this little jewel - now I can recommend it to everyone. They don't charge for parking or internet, which make this Hotel even more rare!!

Abigail's Hotel, Victoria M. Paterson Courteous staff, lovely hotel and lovely room in the Carriage House, delicious food, and great location. We have used Luxury Link since 2006 and have never been disappointed with our Luxury Link hotel choices and the extra amenities (such as chocolates, champagne), we have received from them.

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Abigail's Hotel! And I must say, it was AMAZING! This is our 2nd time staying there via Luxury Link and in our opinion, the overall experience rates ""10's"" across the board! The accommodations were luxurious, the staff was top notch, the food prepared by Chef Matt second to none! Our experience at Abigail's exceeded our expectations! We WILL be back!

Wonderful stay and experience as usual with luxury link. Using luxury link never disappoints! Abigail's Hotel was more than a home away from home. Upon arriving we had cookies, chocolates and wine waiting for us on our bed. Our room, as was described, came with a fireplace. It was ample and cozy. It had a nice spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub! The breakfast was outstanding and varied throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the little extras that the hotel had to offer like the appetizers at night. We would highly recommend Abigail's Hotel and look forward to visiting again soon.

What a great Luxury Link package! Abigail's Hotel is very comfortable and the service is great. Delicious breakfasts and great complimentary appetizers in the afternoon. I will definitely return to Abigail's when I return to Victoria.
