We stayed here for 3 nights earlier this month. Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Everyone we encountered there went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choices. I was very impressed by the selection of afternoon appetizers as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel in Victoria....they have thought of everything to make a guest comfortable...very well kept, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed with silky smooth sheets. I would have no reservation to recommend this hotel to others visiting Victoria and/or to stay there again.

Unfortunately, we missed the ferry from Vancouver (make a reservation!) and had to wait for the next one. By the time we got to Victoria, we dropped off our bags and went to walk around and get dinner. With only one night there, I feel like we didn't truly got to enjoy all the amenities. It was a wonderfully appointed room and great service though and I would recommend it. It's a short walk to downtown and little away from the crowds.

I don't even know where to begin. Abigail's is a beautiful small hotel/ bed and breakfast. Each morning our breakfast was first class and served with a smile. The chef is outstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an additional night vs going back to Vancouver. We had to switch from a king to a queen suite, which was just as luxurious. It is a few blocks from downtown, Chinatown and the waterfront. There is no elevator and lots of stairs to the guest rooms. The staff offered to carry our bags. Several guests were successfully navigating the building with canes. I would come back to Victoria just to stay at Abigail's again.

Attentive staff, comfortable room & bed, delicious breakfast & hors derves. Would definitely return. It doesn't take many words to express our satisfaction with the Abigail Hotel but Trip Advisor requires 200 characters.
