We booked a room at the last minute as we were on our way back to Oregon from visiting friends in Vancouver. We decided to take an extra day and visit one of our favorite cities. The reservation process was easy and although we only arrived a short time after making our reservation our room was ready; including fresh cookies and a personalized note. We arranged to have breakfast delivered to the room and it was incredibly tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommended the Abigail. We stayed in the Canterbury Bell room, which had a comfortable 4 poster bed, working fireplace and a jetted two person tub. All and all a fine stay.

Just stayed at this property for this first time meeting up with family from Alberta. I just can't say enough about it - incredible service, unique comfortable and quiet rooms, the breakfast which is included with the room was exceptional and the social happy hour is a great way to meet new friends. The rooms are modern yet unique and the library is cozy and relaxing. Terrific location with just a short walk to the harbour. For anybody looking for a totally unique experience with best in class service, you will want to stay here. Am already planning when we will return. Thank you for a terrific weekend Abigail Hotel!!! I can't wait to come back.

Used TA to find this lovely boutique hotel. Located over 2 buildings I believe each room is unique and spacious. Our room had a modern bath, good bedding a working fireplace and 2 lounge chairs. Staff were top notch and friendly. Breakfast is cooked to order from a small daily menu. Coffee available 24 hrs. and a k-cup coffee maker in your room. Snacks each afternoon. Excellent location. Negative is no elevator in the coach house. Free parking. Highly recommend. Hope this helps.

We arrived after a nasty rainy drive from the ferry terminal late at night and our receptionist was so welcoming and offered us a platter from the evening's appetizers. After an upgrade to a suite and assisting us with our luggage, we were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to local sites eg Parliament Buildings, Beacon Hill park and the Empress well as Cook Street's Prima Strada pizzeria!

We stayed at Abigail's for five nights while visiting Victoria for the first time. We had a delightful visit. The hotel is sits just a ten minute walk from the main center of downtown, surrounded by a lovely garden. It is on a quiet street and within walking distance of most sites and attractions. We very much enjoyed our lovely room. The bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Lots of variety. The staff was very gracious and quick to help with logistics and restaurant recommendations. I would stay at Abigail's again in a heartbeat!
