Was delivering a presentation in the area and the Beechwood was recommended to me. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and dinner at Sonoma was AMAZING. Would definitely return even though I live locally!

My wife and I checked into the Beechwood Hotel 2/9/18. We definitely felt a warm four star welcome! The gentleman at the Front desk was very helpful. He told us about the connected restaurant Sonoma. We went up to our room unpacked and went to Sonoma. The atmosphere was very nice at Sonoma. Gentleman playing the acoustic guitar was top notch. However service was terrible, and prices on the high side. I know the restaurant does not reflect the hotel, that is why I will write a separate review on Sonoma. The vouchers Beechwood gives you for breakfast are a joke. We had to pay for upgrades at breakfast. Our room was Very nice! We are glad we paid extra for the fireplace. It set a great romantic mood. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Our room was exceptionally clean. The fitness room was also a great perk. I enjoyed using it. Upon checkout, my wife asked woman at front desk"where is the Sunday brunch?" The woman said downstairs. Where???? No signage or any clue or breadcrumb trail to show the way. This was after we were at Sonoma, and no mention of Sunday Brunch. If we stay at the Beechwood Hotel again, we will stay clear of Sonoma restaurant. Just over the bridge is Jimmys, much better.

I stayed at Beechwood as it was close to Tufts Vet hospital where my little dog had surgery. I was welcome by reception staff Jesse who was so kind and welcoming . The rooom was very clean and large and easy access to walk my dog. The next morning I told the staff at check out that I couldn’t see my dog until 5pm and they let me stay in the library. This is a great hotel and very welcoming! I much appreciated the number of staff that went above and beyond for me

We stayed at the Beechwood during the weekend of my son’s college graduation last May. It was located within a mile or so of campus and great restaurants. Our room was pristine, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel bar was really nice with a fun vibe.

The hotel is attractive, well appointed and in a good location. The attached restaurant, Sonoma, is great for fine dining or just cocktails. The hotel staff is kind, professional and very helpful. The Beechwood is great for business or pleasure.
