During regular business trips to Worcester MA I have made it a point to stay at the Beechwood Hotel. There are many hotels to choose from but the Beechwood rises above them all. Clean, quiet rooms, located near major businesses (and UMass Medical School), good restaurant, well maintained, but above all the friendly staff. The Beechwood has become my home away from home and the Beechwood employees certainly reinforce that feeling.

Our company had a one-day meeting at the Beechwood Hotel, with some of the participants requiring overnight accommodations. Everything was perfect! BetteAnn (banquet manager) and Derek (room reservations) made it all seem easy and were so nice to deal with. Exceptional service was provided and the food was delicious. Would definitely return again. Thanks for a great experience at your hotel.

Although I booked this through the website, I was told that it went through and when I questioned the room, I was told to take it up with them. Regarding the cleanliness, the room itself was great but I found the common areas on the floors were not as nice. The vending machines do not have water but rather you can spend $4/bottle through what is left in the room. Speaking of vending, more than soda should be offered. Perhaps if soda/ice/water on one floor and snacks on another if space is an issue. With respect to the restaurant, a very limited continental breakfast is included. On the 2nd day I made the mistake of ordering the eggs Benedict which was a mistake. Worse sauce I have ever had and the ham was more like deli ham not Canadian bacon.

Roms clean and not fancy / resuurant not fancy. Continental breakfast not on par with the major chains. Oatmeal was extra. Gift shop was non existent. Front desk staff very nice for a business meeting

By far the best hotel in the Worcester area. Extremely attentive staff with clean and updated rooms. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping with plenty of on site parking. Easter Brunch in the banquet area was delicious with many choices and great service as well
