I was there for a one night overnight for business and was pleasantly surprised. High ceilings with a skylight in a hotel room? Yep. And it was a nice add. Spacious rooms, no parking issues at all, only two floors with complimentary breakfast- perfectly manageable. Free Wifi. Lots of square footage, nice extras (think Terrycloth robes and high quality bath products), and a great bed-- very happy here. Like this hotel a real lot.Great restaurant and nice staff. Very clean.

Room was generally clean (there was brown/dark red stain on bed skirt and two long hairs still left on the sheets when we arrived). Appreciated the complimentery continental breakfast, which included fresh fruits and assorted pastries like muffins and croissants. Ate at the restaurant for dinner: food was good, although it was expensive. The lobby/main level did tend to have a distinct odour that some in my party found a bit unpleasant. When we had some towels that didn't get replaced during cleaning, staff was very prompt to supply additional towels when requested. TV in room was large and the bathroom had a nice counter space. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and would likely return in the future.

Booked for a family wedding party, this was a more expensive, higher end hotel in Worcester. We found it a nice change from big brand hotels with an ample bar and restaurant, if needed. But with even a single bottle of water at a price and a small public lobby, this will be our last stay when visiting family.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The public and private spaces are extremely well appointed. A myriad of details continually surprise. The room wasn't rectangular which gave a great amount of space. The onsite restaurant is great and has a lovely outdoor area. Impressive.

The bed was easy to get in and out of. How many hotels have you been in where the bed is sooooo high you need a step ladder to get in... The beds here are normal people height. And so comfortable. I wish more hotels would follow their example. The Bistro restaurant had very good food and large portions and at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to this hotel.
