This hotel was probably one of the better that we've ever stayed at. We have to check in extremely late at 2 a.m. in the morning for my boyfriend's dad's funeral we stayed there one week and it was perfect. When we got there Sunday night or Monday morning we got to meet one of the front desk people who his name was Phil this man was so sweet and so entertaining and very philosophical so he's known as dr. Phil we probably stayed another half hour just talking to him before we even checked in. The rest of the staff was very friendly courteous sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a little lacking but you could purchase eggs and bacon and pancakes like a upgrade for cheap. We had dinner at the steakhouse and it was very very good. the room was very nice clean comfortable. The decor was very pretty comfortable they have a fireplace you can sit in front of. They have a lot of weddings there that's a nice place for that but they don't have a pool they have a small gym. Thank you for a lovely stay. It's going to be the only place we'll stay in Worcester. They could teach bigger  chains how to take care of their guests.

The executive suite was beautiful and comfortable- even has wood panels to cover the windows to keep light out. A fridge and keurig were supplied too. I've stayed in many hotels and this one is really a standout- there is a place to sit outside, a restaurant and some large lawns adjacent. The only thing I would change is to have the front desk staff look up and smile when people come in.

When we booked the hotel, we were very excited to know that we were staying in "the only four diamond in central Massachusettes;" however, the hotel was average and did not have consistent cleaning service. The restaurant was very yummy, and the front desk was very friendly, but there was some confusion regarding our checkout. The room also did not meet the expectations we gathered from the pictures online. Overall, it was very nice but not worth the extra $50 a night.

Quiet, clean, elegant, low key, well run, great staff! Attention to detail, efficient front desk, located near the UMass Medical center. Plush room, custom woodwork, built in cabinet like window closure...

During regular business trips to Worcester MA I have made it a point to stay at the Beechwood Hotel. There are many hotels to choose from but the Beechwood rises above them all. Clean, quiet rooms, located near major businesses (and UMass Medical School), good restaurant, well maintained, but above all the friendly staff. The Beechwood has become my home away from home and the Beechwood employees certainly reinforce that feeling.
