Fourth year in a row at Four Seasons Vegas. Feels like our 2nd home. Always a warm welcome back and despite a big hotel feels so friendly. No queues like the other big hotels when you arrive always enough staff to get you checked in. Pool and bar staff running round making sure you have everything you need and topping up the iced water. The different nibbles to eat and extras like mini frozen snickers bars and iced New York Mint Patties during the day or extra sun screen and Evian spray to keep you cool or even get your sunglasses cleaned are lovely quality touches. There are so many other hotels in Vegas to try but when you are round the small quiet exclusive Four Seasons pool you wouldn't want to be anywhere else. You have the option to go through to the big Mandalay Wave Pool and Lazy river which is great for kids and adults but its nice to come back through the side door back to the tranquility of your own pool. Rooms are serviced twice a day which is great with young family with our shoes lined up in front of the TV. Shame that's it not more centrally located for the real Vegas experience but don't let this put you off. You can walk easily through the other hotels Luxor and Excalibur to remind you how nice your hotel is, take a taxi or even take the train then you are fully on the strip. Can't wait for next year.

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights prior to a trip to Utah. My wife and I have been to Vegas previously, and specifically wanted something that wasn't a strip/casino hotel and all that comes with that. The Fours Seasons Hotel LV is part of Mandalay Bay, but with its own entrance, lobby, restaurants, elevators and is the top 5 floors of Mandalay Bay's building. You can get to MB on the "Casino" level from the main elevators, and can use their pools and other facilities. The rooms are spacious and nice, the service was what you'd want from a Four Seasons and the Lobby comfortable and spacious. If you are looking for something steps away from the Casino/show craziness, but want some solace when you get back to the room, this is for you.

So I read all the reviews about the Four Seasons and I was like, "Yeah OK, have a great can it be"? We can't stop talking about it! We were given frozen snickers while we were in the pool, frozen fruit as we lounged poolside, our sunglasses were cleaned, towels were laid out for us, etc. and that was just at the pool. When we went out for dinner in the evenings, we came back in to have turndown service completed in our room. Our cell phone cords were neatly wrapped and tied, glasses again cleaned, water by the bedside, etc. It's the tiny touches that make the customer service so great. They know you by name. All of this just accentuates the atmosphere. Calm, tranquil, relaxing, gorgeous! Amazing views from your floor to ceiling windows. We cannot wait to go back! If you go, don't forget to go to Veranda. You can dine outside for their breakfast buffet under palm trees. It's so relaxing and the food is phenomenal!

This is one of the finest hotel resorts in Las Vegas. If you enjoy luxury you won't be disappointed. The rooms are lovely with the most comfortable beds and bedding. The pool area and service at the pool is unbelievable. The on site dining is amazing.

I stayed for a friend's wedding, and the entire experience was top notch. Everyone was very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. I appreciated every aspect of the service, and look forward to staying again in the future.
