Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

Hotel is good but pool situation is not the best.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Hotel is good, but the pool situation falls short. We had a pleasant stay inThe 2 bed penthouse suite, the suite was ok but no strip view, the exterior windows were very dirty. The bathrooms could use an update. Concierge staff were very good and helpful, highly rate them. Room service food was always good, but there is no express menu here so even a coffee takes an hour. Food quality at breakfast was very good, but service was hit and miss. When one of our group ordered cereal we were presented with two boxes and no milk or bowl, it took interactions with another 3 members of staff to get these? The pool situation is so far behind other FS pools, the chairs are so close together it’s like sardines in a tin, there are not enough parasols by a long way, there is surprisingly a large amount of sunbed reserving with towels, the cabanas are $1000 and so not worth it. Service poolside is shocking there is no buzzer to get a waitress to come and take your order as is standard in most 5* hotels. Trying to order anything or pay your bill is met with, I’m not your server, I honestly don’t care I just want to order or pay a bill I am not going to chase around the pool looking for someone I don’t know! Highly frustrating, to say nothing of some of the clientele who are clearly here to drink from dawn to dusk at the pool and are really coarse. We cut our stay short and my only regret is that we don’t do it earlier in the stay.

Another Extraordinary Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We had a remarkable experience during our stay. The facilities are impeccably clean, of the highest quality, and the views are breathtaking. However, it is the exceptional staff that truly distinguishes this hotel. I would like to extend my gratitude to the following individuals: Camille Bagnol arranged an extraordinary Las Vegas-themed amenity for my birthday, which served as a delightful surprise for my mother, whom I see only once a year. I have included photographs of the room arrangement with this review. Thomas LaCentra regularly checked on us and provided two delightful amenities. He oversees an exemplary Room Service Department. Peter Kamau facilitated our access to a cabana, ensuring that we enjoyed a wonderful experience by the pool. Jarrod Ray contributed significantly to our enjoyable time at the pool on each day of our visit. Nicole Zvek personally introduced herself during our check-out and guaranteed that I had a pleasant departure experience. Zlata and Snjezana were outstanding poolside servers, ensuring that we had excellent experiences throughout our stay. Doug Ward was responsible for managing all of our dining and activity reservations, and he exhibited great attention to detail in addressing special requests.

Unfortunately the Four Seasons didn't fulfil our expectations

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This trip was a one off for us and as a special treat we thought we'd stay at one of the premium hotels in Las Vegas. Obviously the cost was significant as expected and we were very much looking forward to our stay. Prior to our visit we were asked 3 times what time we'd be arriving. Once via the website reservation preferences and then twice via e-mails from the front of house team. Not a big deal, but was a little surprising. On arrival we were greeted by a member of the reception team who offered us a welcome drink of water in what I can only describe as a small cardboard milk type of container, no glass. This was surprising as very much lesser hotels we've stayed at offer a glass of juice or sparkling wine on arrival. We asked the lady about the breakfast hours and arrangements. She didn't seem to know the hours or the offering, but "thought" a buffet may be available at the weekend and table service the rest of the time. Again, very surprising as surely it would be a standard requirement for the reception team to know this? Once checked in a (hefty) pre hold was taken on our credit card and she asked if we required help with our cases. When we said no, the lady walked us to the corridor and vaguely pointed in the direction of the elevators. On booking I had requested a room in a specific area which had been granted, so that was a positive. The room itself was very nice, the bed and bedding was lovely. The air conditioning was good, but relatively noisy compared to some. Also every time the guests in the next door room flushed their toilet or emptied their sink, there was a loud gurgling noise from our bathroom sink. A number of TV channels were not available for some reason. This seemed to be a signal fault, but we didn't report it as we weren't going to spend much time watching TV. Housekeeping was very good and the evening turn down service where the ice bucket was replenished was also very good. However on our last day the housekeeping team tried to access our room in the morning and seemed unaware that we were actually checking out that day. Probably not their fault, but down to communication from the reception team. The breakfast service was good and the pool service excellent. Generally the staff were very nice and friendly. However, one morning when I asked at reception about booking a taxi the lady said it was nothing to do with them and to speak to concierge, which I did, to be told to just wait outside and a taxi would hopefully be along soon! I decided to use an Uber from there on. Overall I would say that we were a little disappointed with our stay for the price paid and the standard of hotel. I would respectfully suggest that the front of house staff probably would benefit from additional training as first impressions count, especially at a hotel of this quality and status.

Pretty Typical Four Seasons

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Excellent service . Clean well appointed room. All staff very accommodating. Willow at room service made an effort to communicate when it was super late. Kudos to her for doing her job very well. Wish the Amex benefits were better as they usually are in other Four Seasons we have stayed at. Like the vibe and the secret door to the Mandalay Casino. A good option on the strip for those of us who want to experience Vegas on our own terms. Spa very good.

The best of the best!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This is by far our favorite hotel in Vegas! We have been coming to the area for 30 years, and the service and rooms are better than any other hotel hands down. We have stayed here multiple times in the past year and already have more stays booked! The staff is wonderful, and the rooms are beautiful. The bedding is fantastic and we rested great. Thank you to Nicole for always helping us with our reservations, Camille for checking on us, and Moses for the warm welcome and helpfulness. The staff is fantastic, and we look forward to being here soon for our next visit.
