4th consecutive year staying at the Lodge and it never disappoints. Staff very accommodating and we can't wait to get back. Ideal for ski in/ski out and shopping/dining in the village. The Valet/Baggage service by Velizar, is second to none. Wouldn't be the same if he weren't there to greet us upon arrival! See you next soon!!!

The people at Beaver Creek Lodge make up for most of the shortcomings of the actual facilities. Overall our stay was good. The location is great (but not ski in/ski out we are used to) and the rooms are kind of different. I believe the building used to be an embassy suites. CON: The suites would be awesome except for the strange windows between the living area and the hallway/common area. Hard to describe but who wants a window into the hallway from your hotel room. Not only is this kind of weird, our kids used the pullout couch in the living area to sleep and even with the blinds the light from the hallway made the room kind of bright. PRO: We asked if all the rooms were like this. The employees said yes, BUT they sent the handy man to put these cutout sheetrock pieces in the window to kind of wall it off. Amazing service. CON: Our room also had a sliding glass partial balcony but the curtains only went half way up leaving this huge skylight thing. If you like getting up with the sun, as I'm sure some do, then thats awesome. If you like sleeping past sunrise on your vacation, it's kind of a "rude awakening". PRO: The staff said they would try to hang some blinds and sure enough, they made some of those same cutouts to block most of the light. CON: The wifi sucks and is marginally useable PRO; Well...you are on vacation...get off the internet LOL (best I could come up with) but unfortunately you need to check in for your flight home so.... Seriously, it is intermittent. Sometimes it is ok but slow...and sometimes it's just bad. In all fairness, some said they had not problems but we had some issues. Pro (no con): Parvati the Concierge and Sam in reservations. These guys were awesome. Be sure to contact Parvati for everything from Snowmobiling to finding dinner choices! If you are looking for true ski in/ski out...this is not it..

If you are used to staying in first class Kessler properties this is not your place. The room was not clean and something in the room smelled like a dead rat. They sent someone up to clean and they made an even bigger mess of our clothes and some of our stuff. They did offer to move us but it was too much trouble since we had already unpacked all of our ski gear. The smell got better but never went away.

We were so close to everything- ski lessons, rentals, gondolas and village activities. A wonderful location! This was a beautiful place to be. Parvati, the concierge, helped us plan our entire stay and had great suggestions for scheduling ski lessons, sled dog outfits, and where to go sledding.

Location is great!! If you want to stay in the village and be close to the slopes then this is a hotel to consider. However, I was not impressed with the staff or the interior. It was very outdated. The restaurant was great for breakfast and the hotel was clean.
