Reviews for Beaver Creek Lodge
Each of The Beaver Creek Lodge staff members are intuitive, and there ready & very willing to serve you & help you with any need you may have! The Lodge is tastefully appointed, and my husband and I love everything about it.It's located in the middle of the Beaver Creek Village, and is a ski-in-ski-out lodge, which makers it the perfect choice if you are a skier! The rooms & suites are nicely appointed with everything you may need, and, there's a business center if you need to use those services as well as Ann outdoor Jacuzzi and gorgeous & unique pool! The restaurant is very appealing in all respects! (Food quality, service, decor, and price. ) The bar is a part of the restaurant, and seating is not only indoors, but also has a beautiful deck with a large Native American warrior sculpture. Also has a very nice outdoor fireplace for those chiller days Ann's evenings! There's even a fine-art art gallery inside the lodge where you purchase that perfect piece you've been looking for!

Beautiful lodge in a low key village. Super friendly employees in every department treated use like celebrities. Comfort, luxury & value under one roof. Even the restaurant was a delightful suprise as we enjoyed morning and evening meals in house and one dinner tray to our room. Yes, there is room service!

The hotel is a bit dated, but overall a nice place to stay. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, but the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location.

Great trip! Only difficulty was over the phone they stated parking would be free, on arrival they made us pay $25 per day for parking, front desk was less than cooperative when discussing the situation, and responded with a "No, you need to pay for parking." Not even a "sorry for the miscommunication".

From all appearances, this makes hints at a 5*, or nice 4*. However, taking a closer look, a few things lacked to bump up the rating. Room was very nice, well appointed - but the AC was feast or famine as our bedroom froze and the sitting room was warm since the vent pointed up, so no air reached us. I fixed that myself. The bathroom looks nice, but despite knowing how to operate a shower curtain, lots of water found the floor, sorta flooded. Toilet flushed reluctantly - we were scared, lol. Someone's room service tray was in the hallway all day. These things don't happen at higher end properties. I would return, service was friendly, location was great, price competitive, but it is far from perfect.
