We loved staying here and did not want to leave. Our room overlooked the pool and was very luxurious. .The grounds are well-landscaped and fountains soothing. Very lush, private and peaceful. A great value for the money.

This is such a beautiful hotel and Spa with every amenity you could think of. The staff is friendly and helpful too! Our room was overlooking the pool and had a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view.

I've done a lot of traveling and I don't ever remember a more helpful staff in any location I've been to. And the mattress was heaven to sleep on. They are doing extensive improvements to the landscaping and it will be even more lovely when they are done.

I wish I could share my pictures. I have traveled the world and I have ranked this experience in the top 10. It was a much needed getaway and I felt completely cared for as a single woman traveler. Borrego Sprimgs is a unique place... it offers many experiences which this hotel compliments. I can attest from the perspective of someone who has coached execs and staff, that the staff and managers are highly trained and generally kind, bright and gracious beings. That makes so much of the experience. I am so grateful for the care I received, the respite I felt, and the great photos I took! The rooms were bright, super clean and with great amenities in stylish easy opening packages (pet peeve). Receptacles were plentiful making for a no-frustration techie room. The bathrooms were simply lovely and the bed and bedding, luxurious. I was super cared for and given great maps and reading material from the front desk manager, Lynn. She is passionate about Borrego Springs and the beauty, culture and gracious people. She has lived there since 6 years of age. It was joy to hear from someone with her ‘geo-local’ passion.

A return visit for us- Had hoped for wildflowers- but none this year. We still enjoyed our suite (Palm), the surrounding area of Borrego and Anza. Enjoyed the friendliness and service of the staff. Loved the Rose Garden. This is our third stay and hope to return.
