Located 80 miles east of Seattle, Washington, this luxury hideaway provides travelers a tranquil escape with its choice of deluxe amenities. The Inn at Suncadia is reminiscent of a rustic and elegant mountain lodge and offers 18 exclusive guest rooms and suites. Suncadia is a wonderful place with lots of activities. The quality of the lodging plays into the overall experience and unfortunately our private resort home fell way short of expectations. Numerous maintenance issues, worn out furniture, and minimal kitchen provisions made the stay less enjoyable than is should have been. I'll never get back the couple of hours spent contacting resort staff, writing emails to the reservation agent that I should have been spending with my family and friends.

The house we stayed in had several issues, but we still had a great time at the Harvest Festival. However, sad to see the Festival becoming a little too 'slick'. It used to feel like a 'down home' experience, and now it feels like it could be happening in Seattle. The more adventurous features of the Harvest Festival are gone - the obstacle course, tall hey maze, and haunted house. I'm guessing this is due to the take over of Destination Hotels.

this was birthday get away for my granddaughter, the kids were over the moon excited with every aspect of our weekend! I was not expecting to be so comfortable on the pull out bed, it was great! We loved having the convince of a hotel (housekeeping) and ease of a full kitchen set up. that combination made for a perfect weekend.

We spent a three-day weekend at Suncadia in one of the Trailhead Condos. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with good proximity to several trails. We enjoyed seeing lots of wildlife each day (elk herd, deer, wild turkeys). There are lots of paved, well-maintained trails around the property, which we explored each day. That said, staying at Suncadia is expensive and the quality of service we received during check-in and check-out was underwhelming. It was our first time staying at Suncadia, and we had to ask for a map of the grounds and weren't even told how to find our room. It was really odd. Meals in the Portals Restaurant and dessert in the nearby lounge were delicious but slow to arrive, with just average service. Overall, I was left questioning the value of staying at Suncadia. It felt very over-priced for the experience that we had.

We stayed at this resort several years ago and our recent experience was totally unlike our earlier one. Something seemed really off about the operations at the Lodge from check in to check out. Not sure why.
