Was here for a bachelorette weekend, not everyone in are party was treated great , at those prices I expect greatness . food and class selection was great , signing up not so great . Had a massage and facial walked out of spa paying an additional $489 for the two services that were mediocre at best . I don't mind paying for great services but here is not the place to get them . Looks the part but does not play the part. Definitely wouldn't recommend for the price u pay . Was very clean and for most part staff was good. Room was very immaculate and premises were very kept.

My friend and I have the same exact birthday so our husbands treated us to a day of relaxation. Boy, was this a perfect gift! I opted for the deep tissue massage and my friend had the special facial. When we walked in the Lodge you want to stand there and look up. It's magical. Then you'll want to tip toe and whisper. That's how relaxing it is ... and we didn't even get to the services yet. The massage was the best I ever had, and my friend had the same feeling for the facial. I forgot my bathing suit so the receptionist pointed me to the gift shop where they sold suits. I have a difficult time ordinarily getting one to fit properly, but they only had one style (the swimmer's suit) and it fit perfectly and only cost $39. We used the pool, the sauna, hot tub and the waterfall. We topped it off with the outdoor Jacuzzi in the middle of winter and didn't want to get out. It was fantastic. I'll be dreaming of this day until next year. We want to make it an annual trip - only longer.

Our stay was wonderful. There are many different classes to try. On our first night we went to the Wine and Chocolate tasting-FABULOUS. The dining experience was very good. The wait staff was great always ready to be helpful but not under foot.

I was lucky enough to be here by myself on my own schedule. There are endless activities to enjoy so I was glad to be on my own schedule. All meals were truly outstanding, and the service in the restaurant was impeccable. The spa area is clean and very well appointed. My massage therapists, Cassandra and Michele, were some of the best I have ever had, anywhere. The valet staff offered highly courteous and efficient service. I'd especially like to mention Dwayne and Sam who were outstanding.

Woodloch provides just the right amount of luxury destination spa, fun activities, healthy living and relaxation! The food is healthy but never dull or tasteless. Their menu has a good variety for any taste. Also they serve liquor so that helps. The spa is the right size and never feel crowded. It is also very convenient to get to if you live in NY. I love this place!
