1/3 Hands down Ethan at the pool bar is world class. While this place is fabulous, they truly don’t know how great his hospitality adds to the experience. He’s meticulous, kind, friendly and extremely thoughtful. He deserves a manger’s salary, and at the very least a raise.

Renee Stauffer was such a great resource. So knowledgeable. She helped set up our tee time, room and dinner reservations and had a lot of wonderful input on our trip. She was a gem to work with. Sharon E

I called to make a reservation for my Boss and Vinnie in the reservations department took my call. He was courteous, pleasant, friendly and very professional. Vinnie was patient with me and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Vinnie did an amazing job! I definitely give him A+++ all the way. Thank you!

Doriena did an amazing job on my nails and toes and she was very talkative I loved having a conversation with her talked a lot of stuff got to know each other better. She was extremely kind, and amazing. She is an amazing employee. 10/10 experience for my second time there

The entire experience was beyond lovely. The location, all the room details and the views were all heavenly. The AR Valentien restaurant was spectacular. I was able to experience a treatment at the wonderful spa. I am already planning my trip to go back to have another facial with Andrea as she was beyond amazing. Just out front of the property is the entry point to so many hiking trails with magnificent views. As glorious as all of this was, it was the entire staff that made it all a top-notch experience. Every single person you come in contact with was so helpful, friendly and absolutely delightful. I can highly recommend a stay here and know you won’t be disappointed.
