Another great stay, this was our 4th visit to whiteface lodge. Staff is always amazing and helpful. Love all of the extra activities that are included with your stay. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are large and have everything you might need!! Only complaint is the condition of the ice rink, virtually unskatable.

Where do I start? This place is just awesome! My wife and I stayed the weekend. We had a VIP Trip to go Bobsledding with the US Olympic team. We brought 3 of our kids ages 3, 9 and 16. Everyone had so much fun. There was just so much to do! The pool is super cool because it is 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor. The kids loved going back and forth lol! In door and outdoor hot tubs. Plus... a Movie theater, Ice Cream Parlor, Game room with everything AND a Bowling Alley. And Ice Skating, fire pit and S'moores :) There was just so much to do, never boring at all. And of course it was just so breathtaking, beautiful. We are coming back for sure and we highly recommend!

One of the best hotel stays ever. It is a gorgeous place, the staff is wonderful and it's luxurious but family-friendly. There was a lot for the kids to do and they were not bored, rather, they tried to do everything and were so excited about the different activities. It was luxurious, but casual enough you could walk around in the (hotel provided) robes and slippers or barefoot in jeans.

The place is beautiful. They definitely go above and beyond in every aspect. The rooms are set with homemade chocolate chip cookies set by the bed. living room and kitchen. There is water set in these location for you as well. They leave robes, slippers and a chapstick on your bedside. They truly exceeded my level of expectation in everyway.

Service was excellent. We also had a very informative tour of the workings of the lodge by Michael, who takes care of the pool water quality. Had a very professional massage by Mark who took the time to follow up by email of possible massage places in Montreal. Also thanks to Rachael .. we had to rebook several times due to illness and she was very kind, courteous and patient with us. Room for improvement lies with the food. Grounds lovely.
