Great staff, Russell was amazing
Very friendly staff and they are always happy to help you. The hospitality is amazing! Russell was our server, he was amazing and so nice! He explained us everything about the chocolate beans and the making of the chocolate, it was very interesting and he even let us taste the beans! It was a very pleasant lunch and he made it even more comfortable!

Amazing Experience
The Lodge was amazing. The service was top notch. Highly recommend taking the Hiram Bingham Train and staying at the Sancturay Lodge. An unforgetable experience. The staff is top notch.

We visited Peru and the entire trip was spectacular. Orient-Express hotels provided exceptional service and world-class accommodations. We stayed at the Miraflores Park Hotel, Hotel Monasterio, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. All three hotels had beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, and a helpful friendly English-speaking staff. From now on, Orient-Express will be at the top of my list for worldwide travel.
