A few days of rest and relaxation were exactly what we were looking for and Brasada Ranch exceeded our expectations. This place is pure magic! Our stay in the Cascade Bungalow was peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect for unwinding, and the view from our bungalow... WOW. Just WOW. Chef’s kiss! We loved the complimentary golf car, it made exploring the ranch so fun and the breakfast basket delivered each morning was such a thoughtful and unique touch. One small area for improvement would be easier access to ice and water. The complimentary water provided at check-in was nice, but in the high desert climate, having more hydration options nearby would be helpful. That said, the front desk went above and beyond and offered to deliver ice to our bungalow, which was so appreciated. The staff here is next level, always kind, respectful, and eager to make your stay special. The overall value truly exceeded our expectations. The Cascade Bungalow was spacious, yet cozy and private. The private hot tub was perfect for stargazing, and the patio was ideal for watching the sunset. The attention to detail in the design struck the perfect balance between open and airy, yet warm and intimate. We also appreciated the thoughtful layout of the resort, with adult-only areas as well as family-friendly spaces, it created a perfect balance for all types of travelers. The peaceful atmosphere seemed to bring out the best in everyone. There’s a real sense of calm and community here. We left feeling completely recharged, but also loved how easy it was to take a quick 30 minute drive into Bend for a bit of adventure. There’s so much to do, or not do, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot a few bunnies hopping around enjoying the ranch right alongside you. We can’t wait to come back. Truly a magical experience from start to finish!

While visiting Brasada Ranch, our daughter celebrated her 12th birthday. The guest services team worked with the pastry chef to accommodate a special request, breakfast in bed. It absolutely made her day, and made celebrating her birthday while on the road easy on her parents. Thank you to the entire team!

We stayed at Brasada Ranch over the Fourth of July and had a great time overall. The staff was excellent across the board—from check-in to dining, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We were traveling with two toddlers and two small dogs, and really appreciated how welcoming the resort was to both kids and pets. The holiday events were fun and well organized, and the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. That said, there were some areas that need attention. Our cabin had a few maintenance issues: the upstairs door in Cabin 40 would not latch, which made bedtime tough with little kids. The kitchen faucet was loose, and the microwave plate did not spin. We requested a pack and play and the one provided was in very poor condition. The replacement was only slightly better and we ended up having our toddler sleep in the bed, which was not ideal. At the Ranch House restaurant, the staff was warm but service could be more consistent. Dishes would sometimes pile up between courses and we were not able to place a takeout order by phone after our first night. Each time we tried to call, no one picked up. When I asked at the front desk, they said the restaurant was probably busy, but when we walked over, it was nearly empty. We also felt the kids menu could use an update. The pasta came smothered in heavy cheese sauce and was not something most kids would want to eat or fire grill broccolini. Simpler, smaller options with the choice of fruit or fresh vegetables would be a welcome improvement. All that said, we enjoyed our stay and would come back, but with a few tweaks, the experience could be even better. Families should know the setting is beautiful and the staff truly cares, but some of the details need a little more attention for the price.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Brasada. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of snowcapped mountains, horse riding lessons and trail rides, pickleball courts, and stargazing experience. Our kids spent hours and hours in the pool and also really enjoyed the game room.

Brasada Ranch is a beautiful place to unwind. Mary at the front desk is a wonderful asset who had our package all lined up and ready to go! She made sure our room was perfect and remembered out names when we saw her each time. The Ranch House restaurant was the only restaurant open during the low season, but we did not mind. The food was delicious and the staff were so lovely. We enjoyed this experience and are planning on coming back this summer! P.S. The ranch dog Dottie is just a wonderful addition and we loved greeting her everyday! -J. Coln
