What an experience! Our 3 young kids were so obsessed with the "fancy" hotel! From the moment we pulled into the valet we were treated like we were the only guests in the hotel. Everything and everyone was so smooth. We checked in late and they had room service waiting for us when we got there. The concierge found out in her discovery call with us that it was my daughter's birthday trip, so they had a mini-cake waiting for her! They even wrote all of our kids names on the mirror which made them feel so special. There is plenty to do on property and it is only a short drive into downtown. Would recommend a stay here to anyone adults and children alike.

This property is southwest bliss set underneath a blue sky and with stunning views of the mountains. At night there are hundreds of luminaries glowing in the resort which is simply magical. The rooms are stylish and cozy with adobe fireplaces to fall asleep. The products are lavender scented and a nespresso machine, high-end tea and real half and half in the fridge were nice touches. The staff was fantastic. Shout out to Julia at the front desk and Marama the concierge who made this solo trip feel like I had girlfriends to report back to after my adventures. I made good use of the complimentary (!) Mercedes Maybach sedan (250k price) to travel around Santa Fe. Isaiah the golf cart driver was always on the ready to take me from the restaurant to the room and bartender Ann and Rose on my 1st night made my 50th birthday special :). If you are up for a non-luxury day trip head to Madrid about 30 min away for a funky arts town with a chocolate store and artists wares. I had a blast. A hike around Tsankawi (part of Bandelier National park) was not crowded and beautiful thanks to Marama’s superb advice. Thank you Bishop’s Lodge staff for making the trip fabulous :). - Lisa

We had a lovely, relaxing Winter weeked at the Bishop's Lodge. The hotel is beautiful, and the mountain setting is well-maintained and groomed, with luminarias outlining the resort and glowing at night. The food at the restaurant and coffee shop was both high-quality and convenient. We enjoyed the live music at happy hour, the workout room, and the spa. We would definitely go back again in winter or warmer weather!

We had a business event at the Bishops Lodge in Santa Fe. The resort was beautiful, the rooms well-stocked, the team welcoming and friendly, the activities varied. While we didn't use any housekeeping services or restaurant services, our catered meals were delicious. The resort is well-situated just outside of Santa Fe and easy to find. While it's not necessarily what I would choose for a personal vacation (I'm a bit more rustic), the experience was lovely and I hope that others consider the resort for their events!

“The Bishop's Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa was fabulous. They are so nice and treat everyone like they are the only people at the resort.”

“The reserved rooms were either shabby or had views that overlooked industrial buildings...for $50 per day we were upgraded to an outstanding villa that was probably worth much more”
