This is one of my favorite B&Bs in the US. The breakfast is gourmet and delicious, and they accommodate Gluten and Dairy Free requests. The rooms are beautifully decorated and not overdone. They have a tasteful Southwest decor. One of my favorite aspects is the labyrinth in the back, which I love walking under the stars or moon in the evening. Access to a pool next door is also provided.

My husband and I had a long 3 day weekend stay. We wanted to go to a new place in northern arizona. We decided to go to sedona, and found the Lodge on a bed and breakfast site. We have only stayed in a couple of B&B's before. This B&B was a lot more then others that we stayed in. The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was great, and helped with making dinner reservations as well as booking a local tour. Breakfast was really tasty, and gluten free which I really liked since I am gluten intolerant. I also found out that much of the meal was made with organic products. The smells from the kitchen were amazing. I did not want to stop eating. Overall it was a great stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Other guests were very nice, and enjoyed a few nice conversations with them. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and looking for a place that is a little different then the average, this is a great place to look into.

Arrived in Sedona on a last-minute decision and this was one location recommended by the Chamber of Commerce. From the impression gained from the outside and at reception this seemed an appropriate (if expensive) place for a one-night stopover. How wrong we were. The absence of phones and TVs in the room did not surprise us(quite common in these Sedona resorts that cover lack of facilities under the 'wellness' banner). What surprised us were the lack of towels in both rooms, cleaning cloths left on the shower floor, a shower curtain so short that the entire bathroom was flooded from shower water, bathroom lighting so poor that to all intents and purposes you could see 'nothing'. The clumsy room facilities and breakfast arrangements made us feel uncomfortable and we left early. We also had to change one of the rooms due to an extremely noisy air-conditioner. If you expect a friendly and functional stopover this is not the place for you - and it is ridiculously expensive for what you get.

This lodge was recommended to us by friends and we were really looking forward to our trip to Sedona. We travel alot and have stayed at many B&B's over the years. I have never written a bad review but after what happened to us at this lodge, I felt I had to. To start with, when we arrived, the innkeeper was very cold, no welcome, no smile, made us feel like we were putting her out to have her show us to our room. As she walked us through the lodge, she pointed out a pitcher of juice and told us that we could not have any of the juice, that was for the other guest, the wellness guest. When we went to breakfast the next morning, we were made to feel as outcast. The people who were in the dining room made comments of "oh, they are not one of us, they must be a bed & breakfast stay". Other things were very odd with our stay but the biggest issue I had with this lodge was the fact that when we got home, I checked my confirmation paperwork and saw that we did not stay in the room at the lodge that I booked. We booked the Cooper Canyon room, their nicest room and we were placed int the Moon Flower room. When I called the lodge and left messages twice, I finally received a return call and was told that they do change room assignments when they want to, when they get a longer reservation. When questioned why we were not informed when we arrived, was told that was their policy of the lodge. The room I booked was slightly higher in price per night than the room we stayed in. Honestly, the money was not the issue, the fact that they felt they had the right to just change our room without letting us know was just not right! There are so many more beautiful places to stay in Sedona, do not stay here!!!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Lodge and in Sedona. We found this place on a B&B site. We have stayed at many B&Bs in the past. The Lodge was nice, clean. The staff were all great and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We were able to get a couples massage in our room that we booked ahead of arriving. It was great. The location was close to some great places to eat, as well as starbucks. Natural gorcers was just up the road as well as wagreens. We really enjoyed the labyrinth. We would definitely consider coming here again when passing through Sedona.
