This was a very romantic inn. We stayed in one of the Suites with a fireplace with a large jetted tub and loved it. Breakfast was healthy and very good. It was a great location. I would highly recommend it.

Loved the location and staff, but the air conditioner in our room never did work right. The place is nestled in the pines off a busy street, but you would never know it was in downtown. Very quiet and peaceful. The antique decor was quaint. Would choose a larger room next time. No TV or phone in the room.

We booked the Majestic Mountain "bed and breakfast" room. Although the outside grounds are beautiful, the inside carpet and rooms are disgusting. Our room smelled musty with air freshener attempting to cover the odor. The carpet was frayed on the stairs leading to the rooms and the hallways were covered in dark stains. After paying $200 per night, we believe cleanliness should be expected. When we checked out a day early and forfeited a refund, the managers didn't ask why or attempted to care. Sedona is a breathtaking location; avoid this place so it doesn't ruin your trip as it did ours.

Very nice room with 2 patios. Cozy fireplace with nice sitting area. King bed and jetted indoor tub for one. Great location for food and shopping. Very happy so far. Only drawback, no views from our decks.

We were there during the week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, in mid-November. Facility is a bed and breakfast and health spa. Not the B & B experience I have enjoyed in the past at other locations. Breakfast was good, but no choices to really speak of. This was my first trip to Sedona for a photo shot of fall foliage. Facility was quiet and peaceful and other guests were open and friendly. We were in the Copper Canyon room, watch out for the mattress, worn out with a ridge down the middle. Other than that the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Bath was a little small for me but I am handicapped. Hard for me to step over the tub to get in the shower. Room and all common areas very clean, including grounds.
