Excellent stay! High class resort with plentiful amenities. No need to leave! Several activities, restaurants, shops on property. Stunning views. Gigantic workout space. Pool under renovation during our stay but looks beautiful. Our King Suite room was comfortable, bathroom spacious, kitchen was best we’ve had with full coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, plates, everything. Balcony was everything…the views here are unmatched.

There is a reason this is currently rated number 10 or 22 hotels in Stowe, even though it is probably the most expensive. They have no idea how to run an establishment. The restaurant looks like they ran out out of money, long beige walls with comically small single picture. The first impression is going into the lobby and being greeted by the incessant noise of the radios from the valet filling the cavernous echo chamber, so much so it makes it hard to hear the front desk staff. What I didn't have trouble hearing was the sound of leaf blowers at 6am in June every single morning from all around the surrounding golf course.

This shows as a hotel, but more of an air b&b. Maid makes bed & delivers towels, but you’re responsible for washing dishes & had to clean outdoor furniture before sitting in on a balcony shared between 4 rooms. Only 1 restaurant was open (the most expensive one) so we had to drive to the city for every meal. Nice view but not very relaxing.

This was our second stay in a year because of the view but our complain still remains the same the food options aren’t the best for vegetarians. I have given this feedback previously to the hotel management.

Our complaint about a rude member of staff were not responded. We were told the manager would contact us but they didn’t.
