Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa

Beautiful location just outside the town of Jackson Hole and the airport. The 3 bedroom suite worked out very well with nice size rooms. There is a rooftop pool for adults only. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff provided a birthday surprise for our 7 y/o family member. I would have liked to been able to purchase grab and go sandwiches in their small market. Drinks were available.

The staff is phenomenal! Great suggestions for outdoors activities and perfect care for the property and rooms. I recommend the junior suites with a small kitchen!

We had an exceptional family weekend at Teton Mountain Lodge! The suite we stayed in allowed the kids to have space to play, while we relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Lauren was a great help getting us checked in at the front desk quickly. The amenities gave us the perfect mix of swimming and enjoying the spa indoors, with easy access to enjoy the outdoor activities. Our server Owen & Bartender Seamus made us feel right at home with a delicious meal that didn't take all night to be served. In the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast before we headed out for another adventure. Our server Emily recommended the elk sausage omelette which was a great local treat. All of the staff was both courteous & professional. We would definitely recommend staying at Teton Mountain Lodge the next time you and yours are in Teton Village or the Jackson area. Our experience at the spa was terrific! Super friendly and professional. Mia at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxing and the services exceeded our expectations.

5 nights with friends in a 3BR suite. The layout was great, rooms all had great beds and baths. Rooftop hot tub crowded apres but very fun. Balcony with mountain and Teton Valley views. Nice pool and hot tubs downstairs too and gym was great with high quality equipment. Massages at the spa not to be missed! Especially after a few days on the slopes. Sitting by the lobby fire was divine; dinner downstairs was good too. Loved convenient parking across the street in the lot after dealing with so many garage hassles at other ski resorts. One area of improvement should be ski valet. This property isn’t ski in/out (you can almost ski back to the parking lot but a bit of a walk to the Tram. Most resorts at this price point have a ski valet at base of mountain or at minimum set up outside of hotel because by the time you use the valet, it’s easier to take skis back to room. Finally, to a person the staff here rocks. Helpful suggestions easy check in and the best housekeeping staff I’ve encountered on a ski trip (hats off to Shenice and Peta for keeping our room clean and beautiful). Will be back next season!
