We stayed here for a couple of nights in early June. We hadn't planned on being in the area so we relied on reviews here to pick a hotel - luckily they were right! We had booked a basic king room as we knew we would be out and about for most of the stay. We were upgraded on arrival to one with a kitchen which was handy and it was also at the back of the hotel with a patio. As others have said the posher suites are on the upper floors so we had a view over to the next buildings (better than the car park!). There was also a lot of scaffolding up but we could still get a view across to the mountains. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did get quite warm at night as the fire was permanently on a low setting and this still gave out some heat. The aircon wasn't too obstrusive though. We used the spa, the pool and roof top hot tub (great view!) and all were great as you would expect. The Spur restuarant food was very tasty with plenty of local produce - the staff were knowledgable about all the dishes too. The only thing was we could have done with it being open a little later so we didn't have to rush back. We did have to make a complaint when after a day out we returned to find our room left on the latch and therefore unlocked. Nothing was taken but we obviously were not happy about it. The staff is the main asset to this hotel - all that we encountered were polite and helpful - particular praise should go to Chris the Concierge who was happy to sit us down and go through the best parts of Yellowstone and Teton to visit on our limited time as we had not visited the area before. He is a real credit to the hotel.

We had a wonderful trip to Jackson Hole. The Teton Mountain Lodge was beautiful! The staff was friendly and very helpful (especially Dave Minck!) The food at the Spur Restaurant was delicious. There is so much to do in the area-- we wished we could have stayed longer! Would definitely love to come back!!!!

Loved the property. Traveling with a dog. $25 fee per night. Reasonable considering. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The adults only rooftop hot tub is awesome. Room was very nice adorned with Fridge, Microwave, coffee maker, fireplace, and dishes/mugs/utensils. Will definitely return. The Spur restaurant was awesome.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and great location. You are in the Village, with ability to walk to the tram and the restaurants and activities. We even took in a symphony while there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the place is a winner.

Stayed two night. After being sent to the wrong room everything was uphill from there. Staff was wonderful and my boys went back and forth between the indoor and outdoor pools. You could walk to the tram and there were restaurants around but we did go into Jackson for dinner both nights we were there. Rooms were very comfortable. Had a two bedroom and it was great that the second bedroom was on the second floor so it felt separate. Highly recommend!
