What a terrible experience Arrived at 2 pm, I had to wait an hours to have a room, while many others guest arriving after me were getting their rooms immediately. I finally get a room assigned. 30 mm later, while taking a shower, I received a call telling me that I am in a wrong room and need to move to another room which was prepared for me. As already installed in the room, I disagree. In the evening, heavy rain occurred. Part of the open hotel corridors and stair cases were flooded. The next morning, while going to have breakfast, the common space was still flooded, with mud, trees leaves and branches debris around ! Poor management ! Following my complains, the hotel manager came to see me to apologise and offer a spa treatment. Nice from them, however, I was unable to accept the offer as I was leaving the hotel to take my plane going back home. Definitely a place to avoid for anyone visiting Victoria Falls

Wonderful stay despite poor weather meaning that we couldn't sit outdoors often. Hotel staff were very friendly and shuttle to town and falls was appreciated. Rooms were very African and most pleasant. Large balcony and wonderful bathroom. Great for visiting Boma drum show. Water hole further away than I expected but still nice to look at. Beware that lots of stairs have to be climbed to get to bar, dining room and rooms which we were not aware of.

The Lodge is located in the middle of the jungle and immerses you with it. Such an exotic location with an open air main lodge and way more luxury than expected! This place is the best in hospitality and conveniences not expected in such a secluded place. You'll never be bored, hungry or missing anything here! Safari guides are the best and most informative you'll find anywhere and so friendly!

The lodge is absolutely fantastic and our room overlooked a watering hole and acres of jungle where you could see a constant stream of impala and zebra whilst sitting on our balcony. The bar food was very reasonably priced and good portions and the breakfasts catered for most needs with egg and pancake dishes also available to order. The only downside was having steps inside the lodge which were a bit tricky in the middle of the night. The lodge was the perfect location for the activities we had planned and it would have been nice to spend a little longer there.

The lodge is absolutely fantastic. Its location looks out on a watering hole & you can see for miles. The design of the place makes you feel as if you are actually living outside. The choice of food in the bar was good & a reasonable price. Guest relation manager Lyn was very helpful. As the lodge is on many levels there are many steps & stairs so this lodge is not geared up to guests with mobility issues. The pathways to rooms were uneven & in some areas were dangerous as there were few handrails. Even the rooms had steps in.
