Thank you for a wonderful stay and most excellent adventure. The location and accommodation was exemplary. The bar view of the waterhole with all its visitors was a daily treat. Staff were kind, courteous and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back. See you soon!

Super hotel! Very Special Staff!
We have recently spent two weeks at VFSL, my wife, daughter, her husband, and their 6yo daughter. We stayed in VFSL in 2014 with such a wonderful experience, which is why we returned. As many of your reviewers will have said, the décor and location of VFSL is wonderful, there are so many lovely features, it would take ages to list them all, our granddaughter particularly loved the swimming pool, but for me the most special feature is the staff. They are all so friendly, warm and helpful, especially the restaurant and bar staff, staying for two weeks we got to know each other well and they treated us like family. It was very touching and emotional when two of the breakfast staff came down to say Good Bye, just before we left. Love to you all, and Thank You for making our stay so special!

Bulawayo Poly Conference
I was an attendant of the Bulawayo Poly Conference and i was booked at the victoria safari lodge. Staying at the lodge was awesome and their services were top notch

Great hotel
A lovely hotel, beautiful lounge on the ground and bedroom upstairs, overlooking the waterhole (saw 15 giraffes one day at breakfast).
