Pros: - stunning location - not far for helicopter flights and for Sambezi river cruise - they have the watering hole which you observe from the bar, pool and restaurant - vulchers, warthogs and monkeys on the property - we had one of their duplex suites which was very roomy and nicely decorated - complimentory mini bar - the staff were also very friendly and accommodating Cons: - very touristy entertainment for dinner - so we've decided to go out for dinner

Visited this Lodge Hotel in a party of 13 travelling with SAGA from the UK. Our arrival was an absolute shambles and in complete contrast to our expectations. A party of 13 (6 couples, 1 single) travelling with SAGA had met for the first time at the local airport but the hotel expected 2 couples to share a lodge! Insult was added to injury when one bedroom overlooked a much smaller waterhole and the other at the back of the building had no view at all, Eventually 3 couples were moved but even then staff could not deal with us openly and honestly. Customer service was diabolical and on top of the frustrating procedures at the airport our stay at this hotel it was well over an hour before the issue was resolved. I accept that the location of the hotel with its main waterhole is excellent but our two night stay was absolutely ruined. I look forward to reading the Manager's comments.

Outstanding!!!! The best location in the Vic Falls and the most amazing experience. Vulcher feeding was such an eye opener and an amazing initiative. Will be back on the high season to see the falls in full glory.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The view of the animals at the waterhole from our room, pool, bar and restaurant was wonderful. The service was also impeccable! Really enjoyed the visit to their Boma restaurant with the drum show and local meats too!

The setting with water hole was perfect. Eating breakfast overlooking impala and birds at the hole was wonderful and then 2 elephants walked through. A beautiful bird came to the balcony and ate from my muffin.
