Very convenient and excellent breakfast with great service. The Boma dinner whilst very good was lacking bu.t that could have been tiredness on our part after a big day.The drumming show was fun but not for me.

This is a lovely hotel with just a few minor complaints. We stayed in a room overlooking the waterhole on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable with everything you need. Except on the day we arrived there was no bottled water in the room, although it was replaced each day. Secondly we requested more milk which never turned up and each day only provided two sachets. Minor items but it did spoil what could be a great stay. The service in the restuarant was good and the food was tasty. Breakfast was good. Staff are all friendly and happy to help. The hourly shuttle is useful to get into town as there is nothing nearby.

Just completed a two night stay and all in all was happy with the stay. Was lucky to have spent the time in one of their duplex suites which was very roomy, if not a bit tiring with all the stairs. The service for the most part was good and the staff of course where also very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, which is a plus as there is nothing really within walking distance so a short ride into town is required. The falls are easily accessible however. If I had to pick, I would say that the lodge as a whole is looking a bit tired. The rooms and public areas need a bit of modernising. The pool area especially is quite depressing.

My first trip to Africa and my first night....it was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, service oriented and efficient. Accommodation was very comfortable and the view the best ever. Who would expect to see elephants from your balcony!

Stayed at the safari lodge on recent trip for 4 nights primarily as visiting the Victoria Falls. Luckily we listened to our travel agent insisting we stay here. Rooms were excellent and faced the large waterhole that attracted a range of animals during our stay including herd of 50+ elephants one afternoon. Awesome deck to enjoy meals and drinks overlooking the waterhole. Staff were very friendly with great service and meals plentiful and really quite inexpensive compared to USA/Aus. Shuttle bus left regularly to town and the Falls. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.
