Reviews for Willows Lodge

Excellent mini moon stay!

The suite we stayed in (the herb garden) was beautiful and comfortable. The robes were amazing. We ordered room service from the barking frog for most meals and it was so delicious. They gave us champagne to celebrate our recent marriage! All the staff were great.

Great visit

Great spot across from a beautiful Lavender field. Gardens at the hotel were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the dining options both onsite and nearby. Everything was clean. Enjoyed the sparkling water self-service dispenser. Could see Mt Rainier from our room.

Unexpected charge at check out.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

The room was very clean and spacious. However the towels were not plush and seemed to be a bit old. Upon check out we were charged an extra $35 plus tax which was described as an amenities fee. We travel a lot and have never encountered this.

Forced to take lower level room due to reservation system

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

My wife and I stayed at Willows Lodge recently while on vacation in area. It was big disappointment when I was notified there was issue in reservation system and we were forced to take lower level room. I booked the room in Dec 2025 for Jun 2026 visit. We were the ones impacted by their issue. They initially offered $50 resort credit and we settled on $200 resort credit. Still did not sit well with us and soured the entire visit. Best thing about visit is location and breakfast at the Barking Frog. The rooms need a refresh and getting little aged. Buyer beware on room when booking.

My husband and I spent our wedding anniversary weekend here and it was exceptional! We stayed in the "Nicer" room and it was huge, quiet, comfortable and we had a great view of the zen garden. The hotel and room was so clean and the staff were fantastic - we will be back!

We stayed at Willows Lodge and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, we experienced five-star customer service and it exceeded every expectation we could have imagined.

We recently returned from our vacation at Willows Lodge. It was truly a remarkable stay - from the accommodations, to the sightseeing trip, and the dining experience. This was our 4th trip Luxury Link. Every time we leave, we say we will never stay in a place that great again - until the next time we stay at a Luxury Link property. Thank you for the opportunity to experience places we would normally not venture to.

My wife and I just returned two days ago from a four night stay at the Willows Lodge. I have to agree with the previous two reviewers on every count. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. I frequently get the impression that even top scale resorts are trying to pinch pennies by nickel and diming their customers, but that is absolutely not the case at Willows Lodge. We used our wine tasting voucher on the first night and instead of getting tastes of two wines as indicated on the voucher, each of us was treated to the two wines and a glass of champagne, and then given the remaining third of a bottle to take back to our room to finish at our leisure. One evening, we returned to the hotel and the clerk at the front desk offered each of us a complimentary glass of wine. How's that for making a customer feel special!

At the on-site Barking Frog restaurant, we found breakfasts were delicious and prepared using only the best and freshest ingredients. The Saturday and Sunday brunch menu allowed us to choose between breakfast and lunch items. The coupe de grace was the lunch basket we opted to take with us for our long drive home. We placed our order the previous night and a backpack was handed to us when we checked out. The backpack contained everything from our lunch (sandwiches, fruit, crackers, three different types of cheeses, fresh baked cookies and bottled water) to a cutting board, cutlery, and a corkscrew. We tried to explain that we were going home and wouldn't be able to return the kit, but the clerk explained that the kit was part of the deal. What a great send off.

Our stay at the Willows Lodge was our fourth Luxury Link experience. Although our three other stays were wonderful, this one was absolutely perfect in every respect.
