The region is ideal for hiking and bicycling, and for even more adventure try river rafting or kayaking on the Skykomish and Sammamish Rivers. Take to the sky with an unforgettable hot air balloon ride, or stay a bit lower in altitude at Adventura aerial adventure park, featuring ziplines, high-flying obstacles, and challenge courses. When it comes to exceptional cuisine, look no further than the impressive options that Willows Lodge has to proudly offer. The Barking Frog is highly regarded in the area, and specializes in American fare with Pacific Northwest influences, while AAA Five Diamond award-winning The Herbfarm Restaurant offers a multi-course dining experience focused on the bounty of the region. Both venues, of course, feature an extensive assortment of Washington wines, as does the ultra cozy Fireside lounge. Our stay started with a great welcome at reception by very warm and friendly reception staff. Check-in was efficient and we walked away with our room keys and a complementary glass of wine. The room itself matches the description and pictures on the website exactly, and every promised amenity was present and functional (the bathroom mirror with built in TV is a great touch!) We had drinks at the lounge, happy hour so pretty affordable by hotel standards, more warm and friendly service. Dinner at the barking frog was just exceptional, great food and great service. After a great night sleep in a comfy bed, even leaving this place felt enjoyable - lovely check out experience, staff offered water for the road. The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice, but it's the well trained and excellent staff that really make this place. Staff and Management should be proud. I'd stay here again for sure.

Rooms are as they are shown on the website - well appointed, designed and comfortable with high quality amenities (Molton Brown), robes, slippers, plush towels. Staff were 100% fitting with the cosy atmosphere of the Lodge providing excellent service.

If you want to feel special, The Willows is the place to go. Everyone knew our names from the minute we pulled in. All of the staff was first-rate; the room was lovely; the Barking Frog was first rate. One runs out of superlatives before running out of great things to say about the Willows Lodge. Just go there!

Clean and beautiful grounds. So close to wineries! Walked to dinner. Great running route nearby. Free glass of wine at check-in! SCORE! Nice getaway for couple for a quick overnight or weekend. Highly recommend.

We have now spent our last two anniversaries at Willows and have enjoyed both! Ben helped us with our winery tour, selecting some great ones for us and ensuing we brought wine back to the hotel! We had a great dinner at the Barking Frog, never got to the entrees as the appetizers and small plates were just too good. Our Suite was lovely and a long walk in the morning on the Burke Gillman trail, with coffee from the coffee kiosk about a block from the hotel, was a great way to start the morning and our day before we headed home. A must if you want to taste wine withing walking distance and then end the day with a great meal and an luxurious room with amazing staff.
