Afternoon Tea and service from staff is excellent great location, door men and staff are friendly, perfect treatment even for daytime guests. It signifies how hotel guests are treated. Expensive but work every penny

Amazing Afternoon Tea
My friends surprised me with Afternoon Tea for my 60th Birthday. I can honestly say it was amazing. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. I know a little expensive for most, however, it was worth every penny. Sandwiches were fresh and fillings gorgeous. You are able to change fillings if there are 1 or 2 that you may dislike. If all are finished they will be replenished. I’m not really a desert/sweet person but I have to say the cakes were delicious. You are able to have unlimited coffees, speciality teas and hot chocolate. A beautiful ambience.

Fabulous stay
My husband and I stayed at The Dorchester in early October 2025, for a family birthday. We have visited the hotel’s restaurants for meals a number of times over the years, but this was only the second time we have stayed overnight. Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel has recently been beautifully and tastefully refurbished, so all the areas looked and felt amazing. The staff were all so polite, helpful and dedicated to creating the perfect experience. On check-in, The Dorchester surprised us with a fabulous upgrade to one of their beautiful Belgravia Suites. Not only did this make our stay extra special, but the spacious sitting room provided the perfect venue for pre-drinks with our sons and their partners, who were joining us for a meal in China Tang that evening. We have stayed in a number of London’s most beautiful, iconic hotels and this was one of our most delightful and memorable experiences. Thank you for looking after us so well. We very much look forward to returning.

Amazing stay in this beautiful hotel
We booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we booked it the reservation staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We had a lovely quiet room with fruit and a small anniversary cake. We ate in the grill and the staff were helpful and attentive. The food especially the Dover sole was exceptional. The next day we had a really amazing breakfast celebrating with champagne. It was made even more special by Anuar who was attentive and helpful and made our anniversary start in such a wonderful way. Thank you also must go to reception and concierge staff who are amazing too.

Afternoon tea -absolutely amazing!
We visited The Dorchester yesterday as part of a 40th birthday present for me from my husband and what an incredibly special occasion it was. We booked in for Afternoon Tea and our host Anwar was absolutely incredible. The service he provided was impeccable and he made the whole occasion so much fun! The sandwiches, cakes and tea were absolutely beautiful and we are already deciding when we can return again!
