The Dorchester

My husband and I went for an afternoon tea on a Sunday. The service was impeccable, honestly. Anuar went above and beyond, a true gem! He introduced me to matcha with oat milk, after I mentioned I wasn’t familiar with the taste - I’m converted. The sandwiches were fresh, scones were warm, tea was flowing and the pastries were tasty….what a delight. Highly recommend!

Perfection meets luxury … that is the only way to describe this hotel! In a great location, not far from everything you would want to see in London , the only thing that can match the beauty of the actual hotel itself is the elevated and quietly elegant level of service from the staff that attends to every request, want, or need a guest could have. From the front desk check in, to room service, to spa associates, to door men, to restaurant servers, every single lovely and warm, friendly staff member we encountered truly seemed happy to have us as guests. The property was impeccable. Cleanliness was exceptional. The common spaces were wonderfully presented, and the spa was one of our favorites. The rooms were spotless and luxurious without being pretentious. The bed was a dream, fluffy and cozy and made for the perfect night of sleep. Of particular note are the fantastic breakfasts here!!!! If looking for an oasis of beauty and fabulous service in London don’t miss it! Congratulations to the highest management of this hotel for not only curating a gorgeous and pristine hotel, but for having sone of the finest staff in all of the hospitality industry! Cannot wait to go back to this hotel!

Its location in Mayfair, overlooking Hyde Park, is among the most prestigious and beautiful in London — elegant, refined, and wonderfully central to everything that makes the city special. From the moment one arrives beneath the famous canopy, there is a sense of entering a world of timeless glamour and quiet sophistication. Our Belgravia Suite was absolutely magnificent — residential in style and lavishly appointed, with sumptuous furnishings, an extraordinary bed, a true dressing room and a richly marbled bathroom that felt more like a private home than a hotel suite. Every detail reflected comfort, tradition, and understated luxury. The food and beverage experience was equally impressive. Both The Grill and The Promenade embody the classic grand hotel tradition at its finest: opulent rooms, polished service, and an atmosphere that feels unmistakably “London.” Breakfast each morning became an occasion rather than simply a meal. What ultimately sets The Dorchester apart, however, is the service. Every wish seemed anticipated before it was spoken, every preference remembered, every interaction delivered with warmth, grace, and absolute professionalism. In an age where many luxury hotels strive to be fashionable or minimalist, The Dorchester remains gloriously confident in offering something far rarer — genuine old-world hospitality executed at the highest possible level. Been to the Dorchester 53 Park Lane London on several occasions and found it to be first class until our recent visit it just seems to have slipped into substandard the staff, the food, the room the whole experience was just substandard. Sorry Dorchester but we won’t be returning

The most stunning hotel I’ve ever stayed in and cannot recommend it enough. Beautify down to the last detail and the care and attention from the staff is incredible
