We booked the Hotel Bel-Air last minute when some other plans fell through. We are in love. The grounds are beautiful. The food is delicious. The bar is decadent. Everywhere you look is a well-designed vignette. The weather was perfect and we spent our days relaxing by the pool and bopping around Beverly Hills and Brentwood courtesy of the house car that was nearly always available within minutes. It feels hidden and extra luxe, both modern and old Hollywood at the same time. I loved the early morning self serve coffee. The service wasn’t anything to write home about, but was also not particularly lacking. The pool team had a hard time keeping up on most days. The valets and wait staff in the bar were exceptional. We both enjoyed really great massages in the spa, which was very well appointed and well worth a stop. The gym was very tiny, so don’t expect a great workout. Our room was a tad dark, but perhaps that’s an anomaly. Otherwise it was very cozy and comfortable. The rooms seem eclectic based on location. We will absolutely be returning for another stay!

I wish I could leave 0 or negative stars! They treat their Black patrons quite unfairly. Long-time customer but instead of apologizing and trying to rectify the situation, they backed their racist employee Liz Ramos (who really has no business being racist since the rights people of color in the country have are due to Black Americans fighting for it.) in their recent reviews you can even see that other people experienced racism from this establishment and NOTHING has been done about it. They selectively refuse to even acknowledge the reviews discussing this issue which is crazy Honestly embarrassing, and I will not be supporting this place ever again.

The setting at the Hotel Bel Air is beautiful. It is like an oasis in LA. We started with drinks in the bar which was beautiful and a very classic setting. We moved to the restaurant and everything our group ordered was phenomenal. The fettuccine bolognese is not to be missed. The service was great, friendly and professional.

Liz Ramos discriminating against loyal black patron has completely turned me off to this place. It’s unfortunate such a lovely locations. However I prefer to go where money skin color and money will be respected! The word is out!

I come to the Hotel Bel-Air often for work, so I've seen it across many visits, and lately it has reached a new level. A big part of that is Hristina Pesheva, who has been running all food and beverage for about six months now. You can already feel the difference she's made. The service is sharper, the details are thoughtful, and every visit somehow tops the last one. It's rare to watch a property improve this noticeably in such a short time, but that's exactly what's happening here. The food and the hospitality have been consistently excellent. I genuinely look forward to coming back now, and I recommend the hotel without hesitation. With Hristina leading F&B, it's only getting better. Looking forward to more changes
