Fantastic service at this hotel this week, it was an honour to stay-thank you to all staff, particularly Marco who helped organise our group down to the last minute. We would not have had such a great stay without the attention of this gentleman. Thanks you to all

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, was traveling with my wife for holiday and this was the ideal hotel. The hotel is very very high end and one of the best in the city the concierge was very helpful as we misplaced a baggage they followed up with the airline quite frequently throughout the day and made sure we got our luggage before our departure. It is very well located and luxurious for european hotel standards a definite place to visit or stay in.

One of most famous (if not most famous) in Milan. Location is ok but need to walk to Duomo like 15-20 min.... However, unreasonably overpriced and I would say outdated. Not sure if stay there one more time....

The hotel was really luxurious. The rooms were great and I really liked the interiors. The food was good. The location was decent and they have a free shuttle to take you to all the shopping streets. Would recommend this hotel.
