Great resort with outgoing friendly staff. Love the cabanas and set-up on the beach. Would like a larger, cooler place for adults to dance after the shows. Great service, entertainment and food. Well maintained. One if not the best in Jamaica.

My wife and I stayed at the Ziva Rose Hall. Our experience was great. My wife in particular loved Grindz (in-house 24 hour coffee shop). We would like to thank Chantae, Valere, Verona, Shanoy, and Julice for making us awesome iced coffees :). We were not able to try all the restaurants available to us, but we did like Urban Heatz as well as the Barefoot Jerks located near the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would not hesitate to recommend this resort to our friends and family.

My 14 yr old daughter and I stayed at The Hyatt July 11 th 2017. We had the best time. Food, Entertainment, Staff and the pools were all perfect. The property was emasculate and they are still working to improve. I posted pictures on my Instagram and one of my childhood friends booked for end of July . I have been to many resorts in Jamaica as we have family there but I will only stay at The Hyatt from now on. Such a great experience. As a woman travelling alone with a daughter I also felt very very safe.

At check in, find Shamoye. She's friendly and makes sure you're taken care of. Visit the Brazilian restaurant and ask for Brian. He's amazing. Also, the food is lovely. They at the poolside, find Chantell. She'll take care of you like family. Also, if you go over to Zilaria, ask for Brandon. He'll make you laugh so hard. If you want something to do in the night, Union Jack has the right vibe. I do hope they get better sheets and towels. They were just okay. I prefer soft, fluffy towels and bedding.

Very friendly hotel with entertainment for kids and adults. The water sports are fun and breaks up the pool routine. Short stay so did not venture out from the hotel. Only con is the front desk and lack of AC in the restaurants and lobby. It really hit us the first day but we acclimated. However, there were days the sun did not let up so make sure you are hydrated and near the pool. Front desk needs 2 more people. The laid back attitude is fine but when you are tired and hot - it's not a good combo. Definitely recommend it for a short family vacation.
