This was our 4th visit in past six months we stayed in the Premier Ocean View Suite and the Premier Suite with Queen’s Necklace View, and both offered spectacular panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the iconic Queen’s Necklace. From bedroom it’s spectacular view of Arabian Sea & star grazing sky very serene calm and peaceful. Cleanliness of the hotel is next level from lift doors & its nobs being cleaned and sanitized frequently. Among all the five star hotels in mumbai Oberoi has got best location. Butler service of Taj palace Hotels & Oberoi’s are all together some different ball game. The openness in and around the hotel is refreshing, and its Marine Drive location is perfect for morning or evening walks—truly a jogger’s paradise. The minimalist décor is elegant and timeless, while the suites are spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. NCPA is next door Taj Mahal Palace Hotel is 10min Both the cricket stadiums Brabourne & Wankhede are walk a way distance. It’s European cuisine Restaurant Vetro is under renovation that’s low point. Ziya Restaurant for its Michelin star level food & service is recommended for Luxury Fine Dining. Fenix all day dining is ok but in room dining better then that. What truly elevates the experience is the impeccable service combined with the hotel’s relaxed, peaceful ambience, it creates the perfect escape from the city’s pace. A timeless luxury hotel with breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality, and one of the finest locations in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

The service we received at The Oberoi Mumbai was exception from arrival to departure. The hotel staff are so warm, professional, friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We had the premier suite (1162) which had a stunning view and beautiful room decor in a large space. The hotel is clean and calm, staff everywhere to help with needs. The hotel is fragranced and smells delightful. During our stay the Executive Chef Kazad was welcoming each morning at breakfast and helped us with unique requirements. Breakfast staff heard we were going on an excursion and even offered to arrange a lunch package for us to take. Ratika welcomed us to breakfast each day with friendly warmth and a big smile. Each evening Kajal and Nimchu looked after us in the Resident’s Lounge. Their hospitality was outstanding and we were so sad to leave. Service from Shiriraj, Prashant, Rishali, Selu and Rajat was also outstanding and deserves a special mention. Thank you to all the staff at The Oberoi for making our stay so comfortable and special!

I recently stayed at the Oberoi Hotel Mumbai with my family to celebrate my wife’s 68th birthday. We had a lovely celebration and were very happy to enjoy our stay. The hotel is strategically located overlooking the Arabian Sea and opposite to the Marine Drive sea coast and also in the Nariman Point area which is the Business Hub of Mumbai. We had a very pleasant check-in experience, the rooms are spotless with modern furniture. The seamless hospitality and personal attendance from the Vice President and General Manager Mr. Amit Kaul and his team and the tasty food at Fenix prepared by Chef Richard and his team, House Keeping service from Marina and her staff and Mallika from front desk and her entire team, the in room dining staff, the concierge and lastly the Chauffeur Arif deserve worthy recognition for their outstanding service provided to my family during our stay. We left with a special wonderful hospitality service and memorable experience from the entire team of Mr. Amit Kaul. We have no hesitation in recommending that visitors around the world stay at the Oberoi Hotel Mumbai and experience the incredible hospitality and food that is provided by the Oberoi Hotel Mumbai. T. I recently stayed at The Oberoi Mumbai, and it was a wonderful experience with top-tier hospitality. What I loved: The Room & Welcomes: My room was beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. The complimentary fruit platter and chocolates provided in the room were absolutely excellent and a great touch. Fantastic Staff: The layout of the hotel requires you to change lifts to get from your room to the reception, and then another to get to the ground floor. Usually, this can be annoying, but the incredibly courteous and helpful staff made this transition completely seamless and stress-free. The Food: Both dinner and breakfast were very good. There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. What could be improved: Housekeeping Detail: My only minor complaint is that the washroom in my room needed a bit more thorough dusting. For a hotel of this standard, cleanliness should be flawless. Final Verdict: Despite the tiny dusting issue, the exceptional service and beautiful property made this a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai!
