Unforgettable experience at iconic hotel
Staying at the Oberoi Mumbai is an unforgettable experience and unlike any hotel-experience I've had. From checking-in which happens while seated (no queues and no hassle) to the departure - the service is impeccable, warm and personable. The hotel, its the amenities, restaurants and room are all of a very high standard and tasteful. At some point i received a bag of accessories in a bag with my name embroidered on it (thanks Bella). Breakfasts became culinary tours of the different regions of India (thanks Richard (Malone) and his colleagues - who expertly guided me through the different Indian specialties'. There's lots of names I should have mentioned - and who helped make my stay memorable. The Oberoi as mentioned is a beautiful and iconic property with top-notch facilities but also a hotel where people know your name and where I have made friends. I hope to be back soon!

Possibly one of the best hotels I've stayed at in terms of service, the housekeeping staff has the best attention to detail I've experienced.
