I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team — Fardin Ansari (Housekeeping Supervisor), Zonuni, and Kimi. They were all very kind, respectful, and professional, and they made our stay much more enjoyable. Their friendly attitude and excellent service really made a difference. The breakfast team was also amazing. Shriraj, who served our table, was very attentive and quick, and Ratika, who guided us to our table, was very kind and welcoming. Richard, the chef, deserves a special mention as well — the pancakes were delicious, and the sweets were amazing! Overall, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They made our time at the hotel very enjoyable, and I truly appreciate all their hard work. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!

Familiarity breeds content
Well located in South Mumbai especially with the new coastal road. Excellent staff and very comfortable rooms. Good dining options including the sister Trident Hotel.
