Elegant rooms, amazing hospitality, and great food—with just a tiny detail missed!
I recently stayed at The Oberoi Mumbai, and it was a wonderful experience with top-tier hospitality. What I loved: The Room & Welcomes: My room was beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. The complimentary fruit platter and chocolates provided in the room were absolutely excellent and a great touch. Fantastic Staff: The layout of the hotel requires you to change lifts to get from your room to the reception, and then another to get to the ground floor. Usually, this can be annoying, but the incredibly courteous and helpful staff made this transition completely seamless and stress-free. The Food: Both dinner and breakfast were very good. There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. What could be improved: Housekeeping Detail: My only minor complaint is that the washroom in my room needed a bit more thorough dusting. For a hotel of this standard, cleanliness should be flawless. Final Verdict: Despite the tiny dusting issue, the exceptional service and beautiful property made this a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai!

Great place to stay!
excellent experience, very attentive and friendly staff. Room very clean and good size, big selection of foods at the breakfast freshly prepared for you. Housekeeping cleaned rooms multiple times a day. Late check up without any complications and without extra charge. Absolutely amazing hospitality.
