The Oberoi, Mumbai

I have been visiting The Oberoi Mumbai regularly with my family for past several years and it is really reassuring to experience exceptional service during my each stay here. This time to huge shoutout to Sanket who preempted our requirements and took good care of us. Excellent culinary experience provided by your chefs Nishant, Richard and superb team at the restaurant Zia with Mayur, Yaksh, Shivam and others.as also excellent team at Eau of Nadkarni, Amit, Jessy and others The only drawback we experienced was at the checkin and the rooms provided. This could have been much better as felt unlike Oberois and far far below average with a lot of misses. House keeping was excellent. The car service for experiencing Ganesh Visarjan was excellent huge thanks to Nabeel and a huge thanks to chauffer Swaraj,

My stay at The Oberoi, Mumbai was nothing short of extraordinary from the very first moment. The experience started with a super smooth and welcoming check-in by Vaibhav. He was so professional and made us feel at home instantly. A very special and heartfelt thanks to Sanchari and Akshay. On our request, they graciously upgraded our room to a Suite Apartment. The suite was absolutely huge, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. We truly did not feel like leaving the room! Breakfast at The Oberoi is always amazing - a world-class spread with impeccable quality. What made it even more special was Mr. Arpan, the Manager. He is such a humble and courteous gentleman who personally came to our table during breakfast to check if everything was comfortable for us. That personal touch means a lot. And the moment that touched my heart till date - Kartik from the Housekeeping team. He gifted us a beautifully customized makeup pouch with the most priceless thing of Mumbai - Lord Ganesha on it. What a thoughtful and beautiful gesture! Thank you so much Kartik for that amazing gift, we will cherish it forever. The Oberoi Mumbai is not just a hotel, it's an emotion. Impeccable service, warmest staff, and luxurious comfort. We will definitely visit again and again. Highly, highly recommended..!! ❤️

Excellent experience as is expected but often times luxury properties forget that. The Oberoi continues to maintain its standard and I would recommend wholeheartedlly
