Naples Bay Resort

WOW!! Where do i begin? From the moment I stepped out of my car everything was amazing!! I was greeted by the warmest valet staff!! More about them later. The resort is beautiful. The lobby is gorgeous! My room was a Superior King with bay view. The bed was so comfortable, the shower (water pressure) was amazing and the view was so calming! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Now let's talk about the amenities! There is a small pool at one end of the resort which sits right on the Bay. It was very relaxing. The star of the show is the main pool area at the Naples Bay club!! As others have said you can walk there but I wouldn't suggest it especially if its hot. The pool area had a small adults only pool, a small lazy river and a main pool. As much as I love an adults only pool the main pool was the place to be! The waterfall was sooo soothing! The water temp was perfectly refreshing without being too cold! The hot tub was a little too hot for me 😁. The landscaping around the pool made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. Now on to the food. The poolside restaurant food was delicious! The drinks were outstanding! I had the best mudslide ever!!! I ate at the Japanese restaurant and absolutely LOVED my food. You MUST make a reservation on any night to get a table inside. We had to sit outside because we didnt have one but it was very pleasant. They had fans to help with the heat. We did not eat at any of the other restaurants for dinner. The absolute star of the resort was The Cafe on the Bay!!! The food was DELICIOUS!! We ate there for breakfast everyday!!!!!! Now to the BEST part of this resort! THE STAFF! I have NEVER stayed at a resort where every single staff member was so pleasant, happy and helpful!!!! From the maintenance staff to the hotel staff to the restaurant staff!!! I have to mention all the gems We met while there!! The Valet staff: Jose, Larry, Tony and Cesar were absolutely amazing!!!! The staff at Cafe on the Bay!!! Tamara, Elisa and Milos were the best and always started our day off great!!! The golf cart guys: Superb!! Tony and his co workers deserve a raise!!!! Milos at the pool!!! He was amazing as well as all the staff at the main pool! Jackie at the Bay club front desk and the other ladies there were so nice and helpful !!!!! Shaken at the main lobby desk was also very pleasant and helpful!! THE STAR OF THE NAPLES BAY RESORT IS BY FAR THE STAFF!!!! Everyone made us feel like family and we can not wait to return!!!!!

This was a beautiful resort where the hotel and staff couldn't have been more helpful. This is a great place for adults to relax and kids to have fun in the pool and lazy river.

I booked the Naples Bay resort and Marina for my birthday getaway. The facilities, the staff, the restaurants and the ambience made our stay most memorable. Our water view suite was fully equipped, very tastefully, and we enjoyed breakfast room service and happy hour in our spacious lanai… enjoying amazing sunrises, sunsets, and beautiful yachts. At night the canal is lit up with blue torches! Starting with Shackeen’s big beautiful smile, I think we probably interacted with every staff member: Rodrigo, (who escorted me to the Nosh Restaurant), Mustafa. Maria, Tamara, Kerry, Juan, Jose and Larry. They all brought sunshine to our day . The manager at Nosh, (Souk) personally was very involved in our evening enjoyment, rearranging seating arrangements optimally. We thank them all for an unforgettable weekend!

My husband wanted to surprise me with what we thought would be a special waterfront getaway. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The disappointment started at check-in when we were informed of an additional $50 resort fee plus $20 per day for parking, whether you used valet or parked yourself. These charges were unexpected and frustrating, especially since we weren’t there to use resort amenities—we simply wanted a nice waterfront room. We were then told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade, which briefly lifted our spirits. However, after opening the sliding glass door, we couldn’t help but laugh. This was considered an upgraded waterfront view. While you could technically see water in the marina, the view was mostly of neighboring buildings and boat docks, not what most people envision when booking a waterfront room. The upgraded room was also labeled as handicap accessible, but I honestly question how it met accessibility standards. The bathroom was large, with a separate toilet room, tub, and walk-in shower, yet there wasn’t a single grab bar anywhere—not by the toilet or in the shower. The bathroom sink measured approximately 36 inches high, making it difficult for someone using a wheelchair. It seemed like accessibility was more of a label than a reality. Other disappointments included: * Only one very small trash can, located inside the separate toilet room. * No ice bucket in the room and no ice machine we could find. * No vending machines anywhere on the property. * We arrived later in the evening only to find room service had already ended at 8:00 p.m. * One electrical outlet beside the bed didn’t work. * No microwave. * A strange sink located in the bedroom beside the television that seemed unnecessary. * The floor lamp looked worn and mismatched, as though it had been picked up secondhand. The room itself was clean, and the marina area is attractive, but the numerous inconveniences, unexpected fees, and the misleading description of both the room and accessibility left us disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected much better attention to detail and a more honest representation of what we were booking. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would not choose to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Naples Bay Resort & Marina as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The resort is beautiful, with spacious, comfortable accommodations and excellent facilities. The pools were a huge hit with the kids, and the marina setting created a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. Everything was clean, well maintained, and it was easy to get around the resort. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown Naples, great restaurants, and the beach. It was the ideal place for a family getaway, offering something for everyone to enjoy. We made some wonderful memories during our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!
