Fantastic hotel friendly attentive staff great location amenities excellent lovely suite overlooking the marina large comfortable space benefiting from a kitchen area full size fridge freezer even washing machine and drier Si relaxing we had a really enjoyable stay restaurant food and prices good We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

We had a two day event at Naples Bay Resort. A grateful “THANK YOU” to the amazing Nicole Rosario, Director of Guest Services and her Front Desk team! Nicole worked diligently, cohesively, effectively with us to ensure our 40 guests had a memorable and relaxing stay. She helped us organize a great retreat and made our stay 100% fabulous. We loved the rooms! Clean, comfortable (best night’s sleep), beautiful with balconies overlooking the marina. EVERYONE in our group is still raving about the rooms and the hospitality. We felt welcomed and appreciated by Nicole and team. We LOVED Cafe on the Bay so much we had breakfast there every day of our three day stay. Thank you to Kristina and her team for the great and friendly service. We dined Al fresco in the courtyard with a marina view and a lovely fountain. Anthony and his Banquet team deserve a shout-out! The Pointe (their banquet room) was set up beautifully and exactly how we wanted. The service was timely and everyone enjoyed the food. We enjoyed everything so much we’re already discussing our next reunion at Naples Bay Resort!

We spent a week here with my brother in law and sister in law. They invited my husband and I on a vacation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The resort itself was lovely. The staff were all professional and friendly. We really liked spending some time at the beautiful pools. We enjoyed walking around the shops and restaurants. We had an enjoyable dinner at Noah one evening. The reason for the lower star rating. Was the room/unit we were in. The unit E106 was dated and plain. Definitely could have used some sprucing up. Couch and kitchen chairs all had stains on them. Walls are bare and plain not very inviting. Who puts wheels on a coffee table. That was a bit annoying. No area rugs anywhere or curtains on the windows. Just blinds?? This leads me to where it was terrible IMO. My husband and I had to sleep in the smaller front bedrooms. Each room had a huge single window with just a blind. This meant the very bright lights from the parking lot and walkway right outside of our room blasted light through so much so it was not dark and we got no sleep. My husband had to put a blanket over the window to help block some of the light. The beds in these front rooms are so small my husband and I had to sleep in separate rooms. The bedding on the beds was not the correct size. The pillow cases and non matched sheets all had rips and fringed edges. The mattresses kept moving and the dirt and debris not cleaned on the now showing mattress board was disgusting. The pillows get a zero if I could. Spend some money on real pillows and bedding. I would be embarrassed to have put these items in any room I was renting out. Luckily my sister in law had extra pillows in their room and was able to give us each one. Once we said we had to go out and purchase pillows. This was the worst week of sleep we have experienced. Sad since it was our vacation. Now our bathroom , there was no shower liner in the shower. The water flooded the bathroom the first 2 days we were there. Finally called the office to get us a shower liner put in. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy more. There is no where in the shower to put anything like all your shampoo, conditioners, razor etc. the sides are to small and everything kept falling off. This was not a great experience and we would not return there.

We recently stayed at Naples Bay Resort for a company offsite, and it was by far our best experience yet. We’ve hosted many retreats across the country, and this one was everyone’s favorite thanks to the beautiful accommodations and the incredible support from Melissa and Nicole. They made planning so easy, were patient and organized, and their recommendations were spot on. The service, food, and friendliness of the entire staff were outstanding. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

Loved this resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Poolside food and drinks were great. Service was amazing. Especially Yocelyn at the front desk. Had a great time on the boat we rented. All around wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back soon
