Wonderful facilities and location. Pools are great and the concierge (Hope) is a must! She recommended and made reservations for us at restaurants, boat rides, fishing, etc.

Lovely resort with nice views of the canals, great amenities (gym and pools), and nice access to on site dining. We appreciated the shuttle to downtown Naples and loved the balconies that each room seemed to offer.

Perfect stay

Excellent vacation. The hotel is fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom marina view room, and it was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. Full kitchen, living/dining room area, 2 bathrooms, very comfortable king bed, and great balcony. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening was very relaxing. We spent à lot of time at the Marina Bay Club pools. It was a short easy walk from the hôtel, or a hotel shuttle was available. Down town Naples was aboout 1/2 mile away and we walked to dinner each night. The hotel provides a shuttle if wanted. The down town area has many shops and dining options. The hôtel staff were all welcoming, polite and helpful. We especially appréciated Hope the concierge. She helped us with réservations for a spécial dinner and transportation back to the airport. This is a wonderful hôtel, with exceptional staff.

It was our first time staying at Naples Bay and Resort and the three bedroom cottage could have not been more perfect. The pool was awesome, ALL the staff were friendly and so accommodating. The shuttle helped us several times get to the beach, downtown shopping and also to dinners in the evening…..so efficient and easy. It was a dream vacation in every way. Thank you to Hope, the best concierge, and also to Nika, Ana and Gordana for excellent service with a smile. We were SO HAPPY!!! Coming back next year!

We have been to several places in Naples and this is as good as anywhere we have stayed. Rooms were excellent and the staff could not have been more accommodating.
