Naples Bay Resort

Similar to a recent review completed by Katie Z..., my family also had a reservation for a three-bedroom cottage at the resort. We had booked the accommodations and prepaid in full through Booking.com four months ago. It was to be a family vacation, including our two grandchildren. The reservation was for the first week of January 2026. On December 16, 2025, we received an email from Booking.com that our reservation had been cancelled. The cancellation was initiated through Naples Bay Resort and Marina. We were told by the Director of Guest Relations at Naples Bay Resort and Marina via a "templated apology" email that our cancellation was due to "unforeseen circumstances." It was also confirmed that there would be no relocation or further assistance provided. Attempts to speak with the Director who authored the email have been unsuccessful. Several attempts at calling and leaving voice messages have also gone unanswered. We are now left with scheduled flights, a car rental, and booked excursions, and no secured alternative accommodations, no support from Booking.com, and, more importantly, from Naples Bay Resort and Marina. Hoping that I eventually receive my pre-payment back in full. In closing, the irony in all of this is that if you go to the Naples Bay Resort and Marina website and try to make a booking, they show that a three-bedroom cottage is still available, along with a variety of other suites/rooms. Some accommodations are even listed at a discounted rate for the date(s) on which my long-standing reservation was cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances."

This is a review for the spa. If you want the best massage of your life come to the Naples Bay Resort spa and ask for a deep tissue from Nasleidys. I had arrived on vacation with a debilitating kink in my upper back causing an awful migraine. She worked her magic and went above and beyond adding icy hot and warm stones to the area. She saved me. 100/10 amazing. I have had massages at some of the top spas all over and nothing compares!

HORRIFIED! It's December 18th and they overbooked and just cancelled our vacation. We booked a 3 bedroom cottage with a kitchen (for a family member with severe food allergies) six months ago and now have less than a week to find new accommodations. They're blaming it on Hotels.com, which in turn is blaming it on the resort. I'm beyond devastated. We had booked my parents and sister's family a cottage as well. They still have their reservation. But the whole point was to all be together on what will most likely be our last vacation with my father. I also cannot believe that the hotel company would make an employee, Nicole, deliver this news to a family just before the holiday. Our flights and car rentals and excursions are already booked and I truthfully have no idea what to do. The resort said they they have every right to cancel our booking without compensation since we booked through a third party website. I'm on with Hotels.com which is not able to find us anything.

Wonderful facilities and location. Pools are great and the concierge (Hope) is a must! She recommended and made reservations for us at restaurants, boat rides, fishing, etc.

Lovely resort with nice views of the canals, great amenities (gym and pools), and nice access to on site dining. We appreciated the shuttle to downtown Naples and loved the balconies that each room seemed to offer.
