We recently spent four nights at this wonderful resort, but we would have liked to stay longer! It is a beautiful, restful resort and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We must mention Ann Clarke who was amazing and also Lisa and Carmen. We cannot wait to return and cannot recommend it enough.

We had an amazing 3-day stay here after 4 days in Universal Studios. We all enjoyed the pool, the accessibility to the JW pool and water slides. The golf club and spa were amazing. Service was top notch and the property was simply beautiful. Every staff has been extremely helpful and nice.

From the moment of arrival to the god bye waves , our visit was wonderful. Our room was spacious and light with lovely pool/golf course views. The most outstanding aspect of our visit was the extraordinary efficient and gracious staff. The star of our experience was “Chef Donna”. She started our day with great food but also shared great joy! She deserves to be recognized for wonderful contributions to your guests.

Beautiful views, best possible level of service, plenty of activities for kids, top notch well maintained gym and SPA. Helpful team - every request was respected and answered with care and swiftly - genuinely impressive! Room service menu has plenty of option, reasonably priced and a good option if you fancy a quite evening.

Check before you book if there is going to be a conference at this property! Overall room is ok, club lounge is great but half of the pool area has been blocked off for conference attendees each day and the casual restaurant has also been closed to guests for four days in a row! Like most other Ritz properties, Marriott status makes no difference so don’t go chasing status for any perks here. Glad the guest next door checked out today so there won’t be music until 4:00 am! Pool area needs a lot of attention and more staff. Best part has been club lounge service!
