We evacuated to the Ritz-Carlton during hurricane Irma. The staff was genuinely concerned about the stress that the guests were under. And they all made a huge effort to lighten things up. They were considerate at every turn. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable, even the roll away beds. Room service was 2nd to none.

This was best hotel I ever stayed at. Highball and Harvest restaurant has world class desserts. We booked this resort after Hurricane Irma hit Florida and this hotel still delivered exceptional service.

We travelled Orlando to escape Hurricane Irma. We were welcomed by the valet staff as if we were royalty. Such a warm and comfortable feeling. The front desk staff was great and got us our rooms quickly and efficiently. The rooms were so very comfortable and clean. This is one of the more perfect hotels we have stayed at in the world. Bravo.

We stayed at the ritz Orlando for 7 nights after evacuating miami due to hurricane Irma. I cannot give enough praises to the exceptional staff at the hotel. They made us feel safe and cared for during an incredibly stressful time. Traveling with two young kids and a dog is not easy, but we felt so welcomed and were able to relax and have a great time during our visit. The hotel set up a kids play area and movie room during the hurricane when it wasn't safe to leave the property. They even set up a grassy area under cover for pets to relieve themselves. They truly thought of everything. Katie at the restaurant highball and harvest was so incredibly sweet to my son, he would run up and hug her every time we entered the restaurant, which was for every meal! She quickly realized his love for dinosaurs and on our last day even got him a dino stuffed animal from the hotel store to take home. ❤️The staff left their own families and homes for the duration of the hurricane to work at the hotel, all with smiles and providing exceptional service to the guests. 'Magic Rob' a waiter also at the restaurant, deserves a shout out for entertaining the whole family during our dinner, so kind even teaching my son a magic trick and giving him some magic cards to take home and practice with. Way above and beyond the average experience. The grounds are beautiful, lots of outdoor space, great pool and spa. I had the best time in a tough situation, the ritz Orlando is definitely a great place to be stranded!!! Can't wait to return for a regular visit, thank you for taking such great care of us!
