This hotel offers more than we could even take in! Multiple pools with waterfalls and a cave pathway between them and a rope bridge to another and a splash pad and rock climbing. It has acres and acres of beautiful landscape and includes a lake with boats (kayaks, paddle boats,canoes...), bicycles and pathways for riding and walking/jogging. The bar and restaurants are excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished as was the hotel public areas. It's really close to Disney Springs and only a few minutes to Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot ext. I can't say enough or remember all the amenities but we had a really lovely stay!

Stayed here for a conference from June 16-18. I have stayed at this hotel over the past several years for the same conference, and it is nice to see that it has maintained a consistent level of service and comfort. Valet guys are great. Check-in is easy, and they greet you with a class of champagne. I did the express check-in online however the kiosk that gives you the keys didn't work. We had adjoining rooms 764-766 which were quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the 2 complementary bottles of water each day. The bathrooms were clean with no sign of mildew/mold. We had showers only and missed having a tub for our 3 year old. The elevators are fast, and there was rarely a wait. In the morning I usually went down to The Market to get Starbucks coffee/pastries. On our last day we went downstairs to the restaurant with the buffet. I found that it was probably better to just order off the menu when presented with the options at the buffet. I didn't eat at any of the other restaurants this trip but have previously enjoyed Hemingways. My child really enjoyed the pool! With respect to the conference, I thought the hotel did an excellent job with the venue. The audio-visual guys were great and were readily available with any technical issues. I gave this hotel a 4/5 only because there are other hotels in the area, i.e. Four Seasons and maybe Waldorf that are probably just a step above. In fact my wife and I do our annual family trip at the Four Seasons. But for the price point of this hotel combined with the service and amenities, it will be hard for me not consider the Hyatt Grand Cypress for our next "staycation".

Your staff was great but overall I wouldn't say that the room was great. Lighten up on the drink prices since there is no alcohol in them anyway. I'm up in the air about adding the gratuity. I could see that by the pool but elsewhere I don't know. Maybe I don't want to tip $1.50 for getting me a $9 beer.

Room 1526 lake view showed signs of wear, beat up furniture with large chunks missing, stains on the carpet, black long hairs on bedding, bathroom, and entry floor. Mildew on bathroom caulking. The hotel needs a bit better maintenance program. This was our 3rd stay in the last 5 years.

We stayed here for five days and enjoyed every day. Facilities are very nice, people are extraordinarily helpful and food super, if expensive. Their pool(s) are excellent and other free amenities (boats, paddle boards, sailboat, wall-climbing) are great.
